I find it less useful that QAComplete does not allow for filtering test cases based on the number of steps written per test. This feature makes managing and organizing test cases much more difficult. Reporting menu is completely useless--nobody in my office uses the reporting feature for anything. You can do full text searches, but you can't create a search filter without saving it. Most people in my office don't use the test runner. Performance for SAAS is no better than adequate. Web GUI can be frustrating to use, with those stupid narrow scroll bars that you can't see and which require extremely precise mouse movements. Starting recently, the website session timeout is too @#%!! short. Project/user setup is overly complicated, must be done by someone who's reasonably computer savvy.
