"QA USA Streamlines Daily Work with an Intuitive, Reliable Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about QA USA?

QA USA has become an important part of my daily workflow. Its clean, intuitive interface makes it easy to navigate, and the organized dashboard allows me to quickly access the tools and information I use most. This has significantly reduced the time I spend on routine tasks.

The software performs reliably with fast load times and integrates well with my existing processes, keeping everything centralized and minimizing duplicate work. The time savings and increased efficiency provide excellent value and a strong return on investment.

The onboarding process was simple, and customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever assistance is needed. One unexpected benefit has been the AI features, which help organize information and generate content, saving time while improving consistency and accuracy.

Overall, QA USA is a dependable and user-friendly platform that has improved my productivity and streamlined my daily operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA USA?

One small downside of QA USA is that some advanced features have a slight learning curve for new users. While the platform is intuitive overall, it can take a little time to become familiar with all of the available tools and customization options. Once learned, however, it significantly improves efficiency and productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean UI, reliable performance, needs better reporting"
4/5
What do you like best about QA USA?

Hmm… the organization is the big one for me. Finding old test cases used to be a nightmare, but now I can dig up anything in seconds. It’s a huge time-saver.

I also really like the comments feature. Tagging devs directly on a test step cuts out all that back-and-forth email chaos, and we’re catching bugs way faster now.

Upsides? Traceability, for sure. Pulling coverage reports for audits used to take hours; now it’s literally two clicks, which is such a relief.

And the UI is clean no clutter. I can actually focus on testing instead of fighting the tool itself. Nothing crazy flashy, but it works where it counts.

Integrations

We use it with Jira and it syncs smoothly. No broken links or duplicate issues popping up, which is more than I can say for some other tools we've tried. Does what it's supposed to.

Performance

Runs fast tbh. Even with hundreds of test cases loaded, I don't get that annoying lag or spinning wheel. Load times are solid, even during peak hours.

Pricing / ROI

Not the cheapest out there, but honestly? Worth it for the time we save. Less time hunting for stuff = more time actually testing. Pays for itself in productivity.

Support / Onboarding

Onboarding was straightforward – got us up and running without a ton of hand-holding. Support's been responsive whenever we had questions too. No complaints.

AI & Intelligence

Haven't really used AI | Intelligence much tbh, Not a dealbreaker for me, but would be cool to see more smart suggestions or auto-tagging in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA USA?

What do I dislike about QA USA?

Honestly, the reporting customization could be a lot better. The default reports are fine, but the moment you try to tweak them or pull specific data the way you need, it gets clunky fast. Half the time it feels like I’m fighting the filters instead of getting insights.

The mobile experience is also kind of meh. It’s not terrible, but it definitely doesn’t feel optimized. Trying to review test runs on my phone during standups is painful—everything looks squished, and the tap targets are hard to hit.

Integrations are another mixed bag. We use Jira and it does work, but setting up the sync took more steps than I expected. I’d really prefer something more plug-and-play.

AI / Intelligence is barely there, to be honest. A few smart suggestions or some kind of auto-categorization would save time, but right now it feels like an afterthought.

The impact is that these small friction points add up. Nothing is outright broken, but it slows me down just enough to be annoying.

If I could ask for improvements, I’d want more flexible reporting dashboards, a proper mobile view, and deeper AI integration. That would honestly push this from good to great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Learning Platform, Needs Regular Updates"
5/5
What do you like best about QA USA?

I find QA USA very helpful for learning online because of its intuitive interface and easy login process. Once I'm logged in, I can easily browse my courses, whether by searching for a specific course name or looking at career or learning paths. QA USA offers various ways to search, which is really helpful. What I truly like most is the integration of labs into every lesson. These labs involve active interaction with the material, which helps a lot more with learning compared to just watching videos. It allows me to actually get hands-on practice after gaining knowledge from a concept, making it much more beneficial and helping me retain the information better. Also, setting up QA USA was very easy; I just accepted an invite and created my credentials, and I was in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA USA?

I don't think I have big problems or any problems really with QA USA. I've just realized that on some of their labs, you may run into errors because probably the labs haven't been updated in a while or they don't have the latest relevant information to enable you to complete or go through the lab. So sometimes I have to go to a different environment of my own to try to finish that out on my own. It's basically, like, a content issue, so it's about updating the content on the labs. "CloudAcademy: A Revolutionary Player in Cloud Education"
5/5
What do you like best about QA USA?

The excellent online learning environment known as CloudAcademy has completely changed the way I think about cloud education. It provides an unmatched learning experience with its thorough courses, practical labs, exams, and user-friendly design. CloudAcademy is a priceless tool that can help you accomplish your objectives, whether you're a beginner trying to learn more about cloud computing or an experienced professional looking to upgrade our skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA USA?

Limited offline accessibility: Since CloudAcademy is primarily an online platform, access to courses and resources is mostly reliant on an internet connection. For those who want or need to learn in settings with little to no internet connectivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Becca Byers of QA USA

"Cloud Academy AWS CLF-C02 Course helped me passed my first AWS Certification"
4/5
What do you like best about QA USA?

The video lectures are very indepth and simple to understand. Also, the course paths created for various certifications are very appropriate and helpful considering the standards of the exam. Cloud Academy also provides access to hands on labs after every few modules, and we actually get to exercise all that we learned, and this is the best part about Clous Academy. There are tests after every few modules (atleast for AWS Certification Coursee that I did) and that helps to gain clear insight about our preparation level for those module concepts. We get to know which topics we need to focus on or which are our strong or weak areas. At the end of the certification course, there was a proper complete test which resembled the original certification test. The level of questions, the focused topics, the type of answer options for the question, the time alloted and cloud academy test interface was all very similar to original certification test. This was very helpful for my certification and was like a mock test which helped me boost my score in original test and thus, I could pass my test. These are the things I liked about Cloud Academy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA USA?

The content provided in the course are a little too exhaustive, so if a learner has less time then it would get very difficult to study. Because of long length of the course, at times lectures can get boring for the learner and motivation to complete the course might decrease. These are the things that I dislike or would want Cloud Academy to improve on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tia Gamble of QA USA

Thank you for your detailed review and congratulations on passing your AWS Certification! It's fantastic to hear how Cloud Academy has not only helped you gain essential AWS knowledge but also supported your professional projects and contributed to your team's success. Keep up the great work!

What do you like best about QA USA?

Video lectures are pretty good. They are comprehensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA USA?

One thing that I disliked is that the slides for every video lectures were not provided. Slides helps in making notes and during revision it is helpful to go through the slides. Since, there are numerous video lectures therefore it becomes difficult the make hand-notes. It would be great if slides are provided as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tia Gamble of QA USA
