It's like they are there for you only. The platform is good, it has some room for improvement in terms of navigation, but once you get the hang of it, it's totally fine. Also, the content is very well done. **What do you dislike about QA USA?** The platform UX and navigation are a bit green in terms of structure (very polished as a product, though). It's sometimes confusing, and I got lost more than once. A bit of confusion comes from overlapping terms like training plans and training paths. You have to get used to them to avoid feeling stupid :) **What problems is QA USA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company has a set of certified training programs for cloud engineers. We used to offer other training platforms in the past, but we switched to Cloud Academy in search for more stability and better content. We found more than that: their customer success personnel is one of the best out there! Perfectly trained, always prepared, respectful of your time, never trying to upsell stuff, but always ready to suggest if a feature you may have missed may work for you; proactive and autonomous, you can count on them. The other boon we discovered is that the platform is designed from the ground up for a corporate use case. You can create customized training paths for your workforce, save them as templates and monitor how far one is going with their training. The resources are well written and thought through and provide all the information you need in a technical format that helps you plan your learning and track your progress. Whether you're just following the plan or practically jumping into a section for assistance. **What do you dislike about QA USA?** Sometimes it can be difficult to find the information that you need. The user interface can be clunky at times and there is a lot of video based resources which take a significant time to watch. I can personally read the content quicker that watching the presentations and whilst I can read the transcript it would be nice to be able to read the slide material offline in parallel with the content. **What problems is QA USA solving and how is that benefiting you?** CloudAcademy is providing me the resources to learn cloud content to support my progress on certification exams. It has also been extremely helpful while learning how to code in Python (and, dare I say, a better learning experience than my uni class!) **What do you dislike about QA USA?** Sometimes the labs for CA do not function properly, and this can be frustrating when you are trying to quickly absorbed as much content as possible.
