## QA Touch Reviews
  ### 1. Streamlined QA Management with Centralized Test Case and Bug Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diar A. | QA Tester, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

What I like best about QA Touch is how simple and organized it makes test case management and bug tracking. The interface is easy to use, collaboration between QA and development teams is smooth, and it helps keep the entire testing process centralized. I also like the integrations and reporting features, which make it easier to track progress and improve overall QA efficiency.

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

One thing I dislike about QA Touch is that some features can feel a bit limited compared to more advanced QA management tools, especially when working with large-scale projects. The UI can occasionally feel slow, and certain workflows could be more customizable to improve efficiency.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Touch mainly solves the problem of scattered and unorganized testing processes in QA teams.

Before tools like this, teams usually rely on spreadsheets, emails, or multiple disconnected apps to manage test cases, bugs, and reports. That often leads to confusion, missed issues, and poor visibility of what’s actually been tested.

  ### 2. streamlined our testing workflow at enrich money

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ABIN J. | Senior Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

what i really appreciate about qa touch is how intuitive it feels right from day one. as a product manager at enrich money, i was looking for a testing tool that wouldn't require weeks of training for our team. the interface is clean and doesn't overwhelm you with unnecessary features.

the test case management is particularly well thought out ,we can organize our test suites in a way that actually makes sense for our fintech products. the real-time collaboration features have been a game changer for our distributed team. our qa engineers in different locations can update test results instantly, and i get notifications about critical bugs without having to constantly check the platform.

integration with jira was surprisingly smooth. we had it up and running in less than an hour, and now our bug tracking flows seamlessly between qa touch and our existing workflow. the reporting dashboard gives me exactly what i need for stakeholder meetings , clear metrics without having to export and manipulate data in excel.

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

honestly, there are a few rough edges. the mobile app could use some work ,it's functional but not as polished as the web version. sometimes when we're testing on the go, the interface feels cramped on smaller screens.

the automation integration options are somewhat limited compared to some enterprise solutions we evaluated. while it covers the basics with selenium and jenkins, we'd love to see more native integrations with newer automation frameworks.

pricing can add up quickly as you scale. we started with a small team and the cost was reasonable, but as we've grown, the per-user pricing model has become a significant line item in our testing budget. would appreciate more flexible pricing tiers for growing teams.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the biggest problem it solved was visibility. as a pm at enrich money, i need to know exactly where we stand with testing before any release, especially with financial features where bugs can directly impact transactions. now i can pull up a dashboard and see real-time test execution progress, which test cases are failing, and what's blocking our release. this visibility has cut our release planning meetings in half.

  ### 3. A Smart and Simple Test Management Tool for QA Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sabbir S. | Security Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

What I like most about QA Touch is how simple and intuitive it is to use. As someone who manages test cases daily, the UI makes it really easy to organize, execute, and track everything without feeling overwhelmed. It didn’t take long at all to get the team onboarded—implementation was smooth and straightforward. Within a day or two, everyone was using it comfortably.

We especially like the integration with Jira, which helps link our test cases directly with the dev workflow. It's also nice being able to collaborate within the platform, leave comments, and assign test cases to team members—all in one place. We use it almost daily during sprints, and it fits well into our agile process.

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

While QA Touch covers the essentials well, the reporting features could use more flexibility. Sometimes we need more customizable dashboards or visual reports to share with stakeholders. And when handling large-scale test suites, it can slow down a bit during bulk uploads or large batch edits. But those are minor compared to the value it brings on a daily basis.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using QA Touch, managing test cases across spreadsheets and scattered tools was time-consuming and error-prone. QA Touch solves that by giving us a centralized platform to create, organize, and execute test cases efficiently. It helps our team stay in sync, especially when we're working in agile sprints with tight deadlines.

The Jira integration has been a big help—it lets us link test cases directly to user stories or bugs, which improves traceability and saves a lot of back-and-forth. We now spend less time on manual updates and more time on actual testing. Overall, it has improved our QA visibility, team collaboration, and reporting, which makes it easier to ensure product quality and meet release timelines.

  ### 4. Happy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Farrukh S. | Senior QA, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

What I like best about QA Touch is its all-in-one platform that brings test case management, issue tracking, and reporting together in a clean and user-friendly interface. It integrates well with tools like JIRA and GitHub, which helps streamline workflows between QA and development teams. I also appreciate its customizable dashboards and detailed test execution reports, which make it easier to track progress, identify blockers, and communicate status clearly. Overall, QA Touch improves team collaboration and increases testing efficiency without the complexity of traditional QA tools

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

While QA Touch is a helpful and user-friendly tool, one area for improvement is its performance with large test suites — sometimes it becomes a bit slow or laggy when managing or executing a high number of test cases. Additionally, the UI can feel slightly limited in terms of layout customization, and certain advanced features like automation integration or detailed filters could be more robust. However, these are manageable issues, and overall, the tool is still effective for most QA workflows

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Touch helps solve the problem of organizing and managing test cases efficiently, especially in fast-paced development environments. Instead of maintaining scattered Excel sheets or documents, everything is centralized and traceable. It also solves the issue of communication gaps between QA and development teams through integrations with tools like JIRA, making bug tracking and test result sharing seamless

  ### 5. It was a good experience about here and there! Overall Good

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nakul J. | Software Enginner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

I really appreciated the feature set and the flexibility offered by the free plan—it made exploring the app a great experience.

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

Initially, I found the user interface a bit confusing, and it took me some time to understand how to navigate through the features effectively. I felt slightly disoriented at first, but with a bit of exploration, things gradually started making sense.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My goal was to find a software solution that would allow me to document each of my test cases clearly, while also keeping a close watch on the ones that were triggering bugs or breaking parts of the code during development.

  ### 6. QA touch test managment tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

The AI feature in this test management tool helps to write testcases very quickly increasing the productivity of the team. And the number of custom dashboard support help us to get the insights clearly

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

User navigation and user interface look a bit cumbersome. Make it more user friendly

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We as a startup were storing the testcases in excel. The team is new to testing. The AI feature is the most helpful feature, helping the team to write testcases very quickly .The story description if defined correctly then user can give the input properly and we get a list of testcases reducing time and increasing productivity.

  ### 7. QA Touch Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

I really like how QA Touch is easy to use, and having an option to use it either in a web browser or to download as application makes it so easy to use daily. Using it with free plan, even though it only covers basic functionalities, is great solution, especially because you can connect your test cases with Jira, and all bug tracking i test cases management tools that we all use daily. Th UX is also very easy to navigate and you get familiar pretty quick to using it.

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

It's great to have a free plan that has so much functionalities included, but it is for small teams. If your team is more than 2 person. this option is not gonna work anymore and you will have to switch to some of the paid plans. But for single user it is more than enough.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most benefit that I've got from using QA Touch is not having bunch of Excel sheets open, with test cases and test scenario I'm planning of conducting.

  ### 8. Simple Tool for Streamlined Software Testing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abin Jose A. | Product Manager & Compliance Officer, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

QA Touch is a very user-friendly tool for managing software testing. The interface is simple and easy to navigate, which makes handling test cases, test plans, and bug reports hassle-free. What I like the most is how easily we can organize and track test cases across different projects.

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

The initial setup can also take some time, as there’s a small learning curve to understand all the features properly. Additionally, some advanced features are available only in the premium version, which could be a limitation for smaller teams or those with budget constraints.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use QA Touch primarily for managing and tracking the testing process of our financial platforms and trading systems. It helps me organize test cases for different features such as account management, trade execution, and real-time data feeds. QA Touch is also useful for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and verifying that all features work smoothly across various devices and platforms. Additionally, I rely on its reporting capabilities to track the progress of test cycles, identify bugs, and ensure the quality of the product before releases. It also facilitates collaboration with our QA team and helps streamline communication between developers, testers, and stakeholders.

  ### 9. Ensuring Regulatory Compliance in a Fintech company

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marchetti S. | QA Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

Working in fintech, maintaining regulatory standards in testing is critical, and QA Touch makes this easier with structured requirements management and detailed audit trails. The ability to link user stories to test cases ensures that all compliance requirements are properly tested before release.

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

The UI could use some refinements for a more modern experience. Also, while the integration with Jira is great, direct support for test automation reporting from tools like Selenium or Cypress would make it even better.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before QA Touch, ensuring test traceability for compliance audits was tedious and error-prone. Now, all test artifacts are centrally stored and linked, making audits smoother and reducing the risk of missing critical test scenarios.

As a freelance QA consultant handling multiple projects, QA Touch helps me keep everything organized. The ability to create separate workspaces for different clients ensures I can maintain distinct test suites without overlap. The in-built timesheet feature is an added bonus

The free version has some limitations on the number of test cases and runs, which can be restrictive. I also wish there were more test automation tools beyond Jenkins.

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

I would say that I like how structured this tool is. When I was working as a Test Engineer, you had to manually track test cases you have concluded/not started yet and it took a lot of time I could spend for actual work. This tool makes it easier, so I would use it quite often.

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

I am satisfied with this tool, haven't found any major cons at this moment.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me it solves managing test cases. If in the past I had to use Excel or some tool to manually track it, now I can forget about it!

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

While QA Touch has been fantastic overall, I feel that some advanced features, like the mind map, could be a bit more intuitive for non-technical users.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is no option to customize the test cases or have a custom heading.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software has a good way to create and track the test cases, modules etc for the ease of a QA Tester. This is benefiting me since I am a QA and I did not have a place to create my test modules and link them to the test cases.

  ### 25. QA Touch cheap and cheerful mostly bt

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jane K. | Test Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

At the time of using the tool (2022/2023): We were using the tool daily at key stages in the develpment of our project. The best thing about QA touch is it is cheap for bulk licenses compared to other tools. It is basic and reasonably straightforward to use.
It is easy and quick to set up new users. QA touch provides lots of users guides and help documents
The team can sometime reach out and be very proactive and seek feedback and fix things promptly and then at other times I have experienced a lack of response and periods of no contact.
They do free trials of their tools for limited periods.
There are several integrated features such as Jira, Monday.com, GitHub, GitLab, also issue tracking integration with Trello, YouTrack, Redmine. There are other collaborations too, such as with Slack, Azure, Bitbucket, Bugzilla and Asana. We used the QA Touch standalone Test and issue tracker only and basic test import using spreadsheets, even that had a couple of issues with placement and order of imported data which required manual workarounds.

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

At the time of using the tool (2022/2023), we could submit enhancements but only one per company which means a company with a 1000 staff and a company if 5 staff can submit a request and they both carry the same weighting.

There are lots of UI quirks, which are annoying, and it makes it tedious and frustrating to work with. They offer lots of fancy tech functionality and yet have not got the basic functionality right. in my opinion.

Usually there are workarounds, but they take more effort and time. The UI issues are plentiful and therefore reduce the user experience quality significantly. It comes down to money. If you need a very cheap testing tool and the low cost is your key driver or constraint, then I would recommend it. It can store tests and link defects and has some automation features and can produce reports. The free trials are not long enough to properly evaluate the tool. I did get mine extended as I was evaluating tools for clients, but I had to fight hard and repeatedly so, across several staff to get the extension, which was very disappointing as I had a valid exercise to do and was considering them for recommendation to a client. That left a lasting impact. QA Touch need to listen more closely to their user base and fix some of the most annoying UI issues. My favourite test tool by far is AzureDevOps.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was at the time of using the tool (2022/2023), facilitating testing for a charitable organisation which was helpful cost wise to enable us to store repeat use tests defects and produce basic reporting for key stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

The investment in the premium versions seems expensive to me, and there should be premium features in the free version.
Some advanced features require a little time to master, but the effort is rewarded.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Touch solved my test cases and project organization. In addition to test automation.

  ### 29. QA's Dream place for managing everything

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sreenivasan S. | QA Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

The separate pages or sections for test cases, management, reports, board, etc. are the greatest. Also, the share option that summarizes everything into a clean graph is amazing. Easy to implement all the necessary things. Ease of integration as well.

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

Could have been more nicer if there was a export to document or a test suite template option available for more ease of sharing and documentation purposes.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem QA Touch is solving is that combining all the necessary things needed for Testing. From Test case management to bug tracking all combined and wrapped neatly in one.

  ### 30. So far, one of the best quallity management systems I have been work with

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonel C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

the fact that even the free version gives the mainlly features to make a good control of quallity, also it's simple to use an implement test cases. Another fact that must be mentioned it's the customer support with every single time I've repoprted some new feature or bug has been responded.

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

In my opinion the only point that could be better is the small company plan, in my exemple work in two QAs each one in diferent projects, though we must contract the plan up to ten users even if we will be only two users.
Also the traduction for other languages could be better (more accurated)

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

untill this moment, my company is using QA touch to locate all the mainlly behaviors of the system so we can start the automation testing

  ### 31. Removing free trail for single project is ridiciulus.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

Being free for single project until you changed your policy

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

I only use this tool as it was free for my thesis. As there isn't free project anymore I will be doing TestRail free trial. Very UX unfriendly.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doing my thesis untill you removed single project free option.

  ### 32. Its a great tool to manage all QA tests and get good insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaurav S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

The overall insights and managment is very straight forward, and test execution is very simple.

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

With new tools like browserstack which allow user to run multiple test across different browser, test managment comes in complimentary. Also, it would be good to add a chat gpt or open api hook to help testers create different scenarios and move those scenarios as test cases in qtest.

I've personally created test cases on chat gpt and added those cases on qtest using excel, but would be good if you can ask simple inputs like basic details around the srory or functionality and number of test cases etc. and add test cases directly from chat gpt output api response.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Test Managment, Test Run Cycles and Regression testing

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

Integration with Jira allowing us to create issue tickets within QA Touch

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

A little slow when it comes to searching Jira tickets to associate with test cases. Takes maybe 10 seconds to retrieve the ticket number from Jira.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Touch has improved their product by helping us create sub task issue types directly from their software. Generally, most customers would create a bug ticket but we do things a little bit different and QA Touch realized their software was slightly lacking in this regards so they made the improvement quickly for us and it works great.
They are also improving the search functionality for when the user needs to search and select a test case to apply to a test run.

**Reviewed by:** Ayush M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

QA touch is one of the best tools that I have explored yet. It satisfies all kinds of needs that an Agile team or a QA team needs. In addition to that QA Touch development team is adding more features to it. It allows TC to write, review those, execution, manage, team collaboration, friendly UI, etc.

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

I have been using it from a few months now and I have not found anything that could make me say anything negative about it.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA team allows the feature of test case review that I have not found in many tools. As a QA lead, I often need to review the TCs written by my colleagues and capturing that feedback has always been a challenge for me but with QA touch that is easily manageable. In addition, I really like the UI. It is not too much just the right amount of friendly that a technical team needs.
