What do you like best about QA Madness?

I like their ability to take over work in a very flexible manner. They were there to support us when we needed it. Also, their response time is very good and they really try to accomodate your needs regarding testing in the best way possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Madness?

So far I have not encountered any major downsides. Some of their bug descriptions have problems with the english language, which can sometimes lead to misunderstanding. They do provide screen recordings, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering QA Madness:

We started with outsourcing the manual testing itself, in a second step we will now delegate the creation of test cases and the creation of issues in our issue tracker. This step-by-step process helped to minimize the transition costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QA Madness solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were able to offload all pre-release testing to QAMadness with minimal effort, greatly relieving our dev team which was doing all the testing by themselves before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As for the level of English, sorry to hear you are not fully satisfied with this part of the specialist’s work. The company provides regular English classes for all our QA engineers. However, it seems it was not enough in this case. For our part, we have already increased the number of lessons for your dedicated specialist, and we will monitor the results.
