Its event managemant feature is really has implementation for hosting events and also provides reports and analysis of attendee for targeting right audience and provide good steam experience with multi-presentation. It also provide great security with filtering and proper authorization. **What do you dislike about Q4 Events?** It does not support integration with any CRM which I really dislike and has limited customization options as it is a really good product for managing virtual event. I really hope they bring the freature to easily integrate it with CRM. **What problems is Q4 Events solving and how is that benefiting you?** We mostly use it hold scrum meetings for our teams and also hold virtual events with our clients. Also the recording and analysis it provides from events helps us to target right audience for our market which benifits us a lot and increases our productivity. ### 2. Assets, video, questions panel, etc. this made for a much richer experience relative to 'zoom' or other standard defaults in the company **What do you dislike about Q4 Events?** interface felt a bit clunky. it was a bit awkward to manipulate. I found it not as smooth or easy to use for end users and we had some complaints about the ease of use for audience participants.
