I run a web design agency that uses a client portal to collect all the required information for their site. Fable has allowed me to use an on-screen demo inside that portal to walk the user through what each part of the portal does quickly and easily. This has replaced an 8-minute pre-recorded tutorial showing clients how to use their portal. In particular, no undo function, and the text editor having very limited customization options. Fable captures the whole Webpage and when the product demo is created clients are able to get the full webpage experience. Additionally I liked the fact that it allows the user to edit the content of the html pages. Additionally, the Multi-flow demos with modules is a great feature when we have multiple user flows to be showcased in the same embedded demo. Fable also allows the ability to add video to the guide, to add clarity where necessary. The whole experience also is very well stiched with the custom domain cname support and lead capture ability. Fable also allows the used to customize the loader completely, giving a white lable level of ability. Fable is very easy to use, and easy to get custom to without much of a learning curve. Implementing the ideads using fable works like a charm, we were able to implement all the customizations needed very easily. I was also able to integrate the demos easlity into the webpage by using the embed feature. The Fable team is short and are quick to respond to the queries addtionally they allow the used to schedule 15minutes calls thereby providing quick support. **What do you dislike about Fable?** Bug with Deletion: I had a demo that I had deleted, event now that link is still active and works normally. If something is deleted that means that we don't want our used to see that link content anymore. Now with Fable, i can share with them a quick demo through a simple link they can access from anywhere. What i like with Fable is its facility to be implemented and its facility in creating a demo in 2 ways: recording your clics (each clic is a step in the process) or uploading your own screenshots when the recording is not possible (Fable will not record the chrome parameters for example). I see this as a flexible feature and a secure one. I didn't do any integration yet but i know that you can connect Fable to several platform like Zapier and Hubspot. If you need any help from the customer support, you can book a free demo consultation with them too. **What do you dislike about Fable?** When you use screenshots instead of the recording, you can't use the blur functionnality. The content section need to be more organized and is missing simple features such as folders or bulk uploads. After spending hours creating handbooks, info sheets and detailed FAQ pages I quickly realised that people just don't read anything! My team used to take a lot of screenshots with text and arrows to show steps to our clients, and this has saved us a lot of time. It's a software that's totally worth it if you need to explain processes to your team or clients on a daily basis.
