It captures every application wherever it starts: an online form embedded on the school's own website, an open day, a referral partner, or a bulk import of Parcoursup and Affelnet exports. Candidates upload their documents from their phone, incomplete files are chased automatically by email and SMS, and interviews are booked on the slots advisers actually have free. Every application then moves through a single pipeline, from first contact to enrolment, with a clear view of conversion at each step. On the employer side, Pyramide maintains the portfolio of partner companies, finds new ones by geographic area from open public data, matches candidates to apprenticeship openings, and follows each introduction through to the signed contract. It then collects from both parties the information the apprenticeship contract requires, so the administrative file is complete before the first day. Pyramide does not replace your student management system: it connects to it. The two-way synchronisation with Yparéo is native, and standard APIs, webhooks and SMTP options cover other tools. Dashboards and a query builder give management the admissions figures they need for steering and for Qualiopi evidence. Pyramide was born from the trade. Its founder spent eleven years in vocational training, including five years with the publisher of Yparéo training CFAs across France, which is why the connector goes so deep.
