It’s simple enough that I can teach others how to edit the website without needing to reach out to the helpdesk. **What do you dislike about Pylot?** What I dislike about Pylot is that beyond the basics of entering information and updating dates, it becomes more complicated and I often have to reach out to the help desk for support. Another dislike is that Pylot doesn’t clearly tell you what the issue is and sometimes the site just won’t load your changes. I also love the quick support you get when you have a problem. **What do you dislike about Pylot?** I think the program needs a little updating. When adding events, you cannot use emojis. **What problems is Pylot solving and how is that benefiting you?** They solve any problem I may have very quickly. ### 3. All of my centers are housed in one place under one login, and the features are the same across the board which makes edits, additions, or new content easy to streamline and update. **What do you dislike about Pylot?** The only downside I have is that we can't create our own landing pages. **What problems is Pylot solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's allowing me to streamline my websites in my day-to-day.
