I have taken demos of multiple ATS software that even claim that it tracks the interviewing patterns and helps HR, which increases the probability of other candidates getting shortlisted. But I would suggest HRs try at least the free version of Pyjama HR; you will not be disappointed. Also, the team takes feedback positively and works towards solving any highlighted issues. **What do you dislike about PyjamaHR?** There are multiple free job posting platforms available that they should look to incorporate.
