(1)4.0/5

PXT Select™ is a Wiley brand and online talent assessment that helps employers evaluate job fit using information about a candidate’s cognitive abilities, behavioral traits, and interests. It supports more consistent, job-related hiring decisions when used with structured interviews, experience, references, and other relevant evidence. The Assessment Company® is an Authorized Wiley Partner providing PXT Select support nationwide, including position-specific Performance Models, report interpretation, manager training, and structured interview guidance. Assessment results should not be used as the sole basis for an employment decision, and no assessment guarantees performance, retention, or a particular employment outcome. Learn more at https://www.theassessmentcompany.com/pxt-select or call 1-800-434-2630.
