I appreciate the representation of shading and the path planning with curve radii in PVcase Ground Mount. The electrical planning from the string to the grid connection point makes it easy for me to create detailed plans. I particularly like that the representation is very clear and can be used well in board meetings and with authorities. I have found that PVcase ground mount works really well and quickly with projects up to ~10 MWac but that it is a much slower iteration process for projects greater than ~50MW ac. It is still a fantastic design tool - I just find that it takes substantially longer for a PV area to populate and sometimes AutoCAD crashes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
