We can do ssh to any servers just by mentioning the hostname/IP and you can use using port 22. **What do you dislike about PuTTY?** One thing I disappointed about Putty is, there is no shared window for multiple hosts. Suppose X host is now opened in new window and I need to do another ssh to other host. When you do it, it will create new window and it is slightly lazy to make switch to another window to see the host to work on. I would sugguest to have commnon window for multiple hosts so that we can navigate the host as per work. While using Putty first time, I faced problem to change the window color from Black to other. Suppose X host window is already opened and I need to change the color right now so that I can distinguish the hosts by color, just to not to create confusions, I was needing thr open the host in new window. If I apply the changes in same window, It would not have reflected in current host, but in next window to be opened. This type of problem I faced during first time of use. Resolution :- As part of resolution what I did is, I just opened the Putty as Administrator and then start using it.
