## PushPress Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is PushPress free, or does it offer a free trial?

Yes. According to G2 data, PushPress offers a free plan with limited features. Users can upgrade to paid plans for additional capabilities. Visit the seller's official pricing page to compare plan options and features.

How much does PushPress cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, PushPress pricing in 2026 starts at $159.00 and can reach $229.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the PushPress, Inc.'s official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is PushPress pricing best suited for?

PushPress's pricing is best suited for small gym and studio owners, which aligns with G2 reviewer demographics showing nearly all reviewers representing small businesses in Health, Wellness, Fitness, and Sports industries. The free Starter Plan is ideal for new or boutique gym owners just launching, as G2 reviewers explicitly praise it for enabling startups to operate without upfront software costs. PushPress's Pro Plan suits growing mid-size gyms needing payroll and integrations, while the Max Plan benefits established gyms processing high payment volumes who benefit from reduced transaction rates. G2 reviewers running solo operations or small teams consistently report the highest satisfaction with PushPress's pricing structure.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of PushPress?

PushPress's free Starter Plan includes core essentials like automated membership billing, member app, class scheduling, waitlisting, appointment management, retail POS, digital documents, and ACH payments for US businesses. G2 reviewers on the free tier note it handles day-to-day gym operations well but lacks robust member communication tools and third-party integrations. PushPress's Pro Plan at $159.00/month adds payroll and integrations with hundreds of third-party apps, while the Max Plan at $229.00/month introduces lower processing rates at 2.75% plus $0.30 for credit cards and 0.79% plus $0.30 for ACH. G2 users frequently upgrade when communication and integration needs grow.

Is PushPress considered good value for its pricing?

PushPress is widely regarded as strong value across its pricing tiers. G2 reviewers frequently highlight cost savings compared to competitors like ZenPlanner, with multiple users noting they reduced fees while gaining more features. The free Starter Plan earns particular praise, with G2 users describing it as the most complete free gym management system available. Reviewers consistently mention that PushPress's pricing delivers an all-in-one solution that replaces multiple separate subscriptions. One concern noted by G2 reviewers is that reporting features lag behind expectations, and a small number mention that PushPress's pricing has increased over time, though most still rate the overall value positively.

"Seamless Membership Management with Excellent Support"

5/5

What do you like best about PushPress?

I love the seamless class sign-up and information update process for athletes without any hassle. The customer service is much better than our previous company, and it's also cheaper. I find the customer service and ease of product use to be the best. Troubleshooting issues in real-time with support is amazing. PushPress is much easier to use compared to our last system, and the chatbot often helps when I can't find something. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the setup wizard and our onboarding call, which went smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PushPress?

I would like for our athletes to be able to set up recurring class reservations. I know staff can do that, but letting athletes have the option would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PushPress solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use PushPress for membership management and class reservations. Athletes can sign up for classes and update information easily. The customer service is better and real-time support is amazing. It's cheaper and easier to use than our previous system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly recommend Push Press CORE (it's really great!) but do not recommend Push Press GROW."

3/5

What do you like best about PushPress?

Push Press CORE is great. I would highly recommend it. They keep improving it, customer support is fast & capable, and it's generally easy to learn. It's the only software that I have that has noticeably improved in a dramatic fashion over time. I would give CORE a 9/10. The AI agents they are working on sound amazing and will create a lot of value. I only see this software getting better and more useful. Within a year all of the things an admin assistant does for you will be easy for you to do yourself.

There are some new features for GROW I haven't tried yet and for some people they might be really valuable (e.g. Chat GPT or equivalent powered chat bot, voice AI assistant to answer the phone, etc.) but right now I would give GROW a 5/10 at best. I feel like they are focused on all these fancy things when it fails to do the basics well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PushPress?

Push Press GROW has been a net negative for my business.

The default workflows are poorly designed and have caused me repeated headaches and damaged my brand. I have lost sales because I trusted their default workflows. You can't trust their "out of the box" workflows.

Since the default workflows aren't very good you are better off making your own workflows from scratch and saving yourself some money.

The email marketing widget is weak. They don't even use it themselves for their email marketing. For example you can't embed more than one link into an email using the email marketing widget in GROW.

Lastly, while it's getting better CORE & GROW are not integrated particularly well.

In CORE my gross revenue figure shouldn't include sales tax collected. If you're in a jurisdiction that includes a sales tax their financial reports aren't as helpful since you need to go digging to find the "real" numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PushPress solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automated billing, mobile app for clients to book themselves in, shared calendar/scheduling, they are working on some really cool/helpful AI features for CORE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
