Great platform for managing our mentoring programme **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025 **What do you like best about PushFar?** It's an easy to use platform for managing our mentoring programme (as part of the Charity Mentoring Network) **What do you dislike about PushFar?** I haven't yet found any downsides as such to using the platform - it appears to meet our requirements and continues to be refined. **What problems is PushFar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pushfar is used to manage our mentoring programme, allowing employees to register to be a mentor or mentee and to be matched with others. As an administrator, I can use the platform to track sign ups, progress etc. ### 2. Although there does not seem to be a lot of new traffic and a lot of the profiles have been forgotten about. If the marketing was a little better, I think PushFar could be one of the leaders in it's kind of product. Intuitive Interface Design - I am not a technology person at all, but right from the beginning, I found PushFar to be really easy to understand and use, and I actually enjoyed going through the entire platform trying out all the features and figuring everything out! **What do you dislike about PushFar?** I think that PushFar would benefit from creating a more robust mobile app for its platform. More refined skill assessment would help users create and follow through on their over all goals. **What problems is PushFar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Goal Attainment - Having an easy userface that I am able to document, implement and then track my goal progression has really led to higher professional development that I am not sure I would have reached without PushFar!
