Everything about their product, and there are usually easy to use. Interface has been great to me. No bad experience here. **What problems is Pusher solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pusher is helping me make sure that my clients get any type of communication on my app on their phones with ease. My clients are happy and satisfied that the notifications come in seconds helping them stay on top of their leads every time there's a reply. ### 2. Their libraries are easy to understand and deploy. Intuitive interface, easily build scalable cross-platform push notifications, real-time graphs **What do you dislike about Pusher?** Pusher deprecated chats product, and we had to rebuild ours from scratch. Pusher has no support for any serverless function and doesn't provide management tools or end-to-end streaming for realtime APIs **What problems is Pusher solving and how is that benefiting you?** Real-time notifications, we can communicate between apps and let know our users know about any real-time changes. The biggest benefit is that Pusher real-time notifications replaced other way of users notifying which has reduced our costs ### 7. It handles scaling for you. **What do you dislike about Pusher?** It's theoretically not as cheap as using websockets directly, but you'll probably save money in not having to manage it yourself. **Recommendations to others considering Pusher:** If you need real time synchronization between server and web clients or between different web clients, then pusher is great for you. They implement the hardware and manage the scale. You use an easy to understand api. Their uptime is amazing (I have never seen them go down). **What problems is Pusher solving and how is that benefiting you?** We sync all kinds of data between our clients. Shared canvases, shared chat, and uploaded images. ### 8. The user interface basically builds your channels for you and provides you immediately with your API keys and secrets to get implemented in your app. You can get from new sign on to running in your app in less than 15 minutes. If it really very impressive. **What do you dislike about Pusher?** There is not much about this product I don't like. Some of the terminology they use was a little tricky at first, but once you get into it and use it, things start making sense. Also picking a region for hosting might be somewhat limiting in production when you have a global target. **Recommendations to others considering Pusher:** I love this product, it is great to use and makes everything easy. If you are developing in Outsystems, there is even a Forge component to add into your pages. **What problems is Pusher solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the issue with a host/player game where the host makes an update and the player needs to immediately see the change. It's a typical push use case. I've realize that I do not need to be worried about things like this anymore. I used to think that this was going to involve crazy javascript to start working, but nope - this really is a simple application. ### 9. It is a highly reliable tool with excellent value for money proposition. **What do you dislike about Pusher?** Could have better security features. With GDPR I was expecting to have features to help us with encryption on transit. **Recommendations to others considering Pusher:** It gets the job done in a reliable manner. **What problems is Pusher solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use WebSockets in a very intensive way and we rely on Pusher for that.
