I really like using push for our weekly schedules and also for the payroll. The desktop version is very user friendly. The customer service is great and always very friendly. I also wish it had a few features like being able to send a message in direct response to a time off or scheduling request. You can only accept or reject. I have saved so much time since I started using Push for my scheduling & payroll. Prior to using Push, my scheduling and Payroll were hosted on separate platforms which meant I spent a lot of time entering timesheet info into our payroll software, confirming the information, and then manually calculating holiday time. This is the main reason we moved to Push - to work with a program that would automatically do this for us, and that was specifically designed for the Canadian market. Although it seemed 'difficult' at the very beginning, after 2 months of payroll (we've been using it for a a few years now) it was so easy compared to Quickbooks, which was our old system.
