Easy scheduling features, labour forecasting, budget forecasting, application is used 24/7 by my team.

Integration with Simphony sales is often inaccurate (sometimes inflated by 100% causing forecasts and budgets to be very skewed.

The only challenge is that the Availability tab can be a bit confusing for new hires to navigate at first.

Push being integrated with our POS system helps us keep track of sales and labour at all times - making it more effective to run the business

The all in one platform to track historical sales and make accurate forecast to control labour is great.  The functionality around stat days is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

The support has not been the best over the years, there has been many changes to our support rep and very little communication on this.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

decent scheduling tool, we would find value in the onboarding aspect but it seems crazy to pay indefinitely for a feature that you would likely only really use at the onboarding of a new employee. If you calculate the cost over the term of a 2 or 3 year employee its actually ridiiculous.

That you can do all of an HRIS in one place, from onboarding to termination with no hassle, their payroll team is really supporting.

When you manage multiple locations you have to deal with them individually and some reports you can only do one by one

I can do payroll in one place, they help with remittances and the onboarding process is easy to complete

I like that Push a great amount of options to really track your employees hours and schedule. It is extremely easy to use and intuitive.

There isn't any downsides I can think of with Push.

The need to manually have employees write down hours and then me manually minusing breaks inputting those. It saves me a lot of time.

Had a little confusion with changing T4 officiators, only thing that wasn't 100% clear, but is now sorted

It freezes on pc often, it makes my phone hot on the app and if an employee has multiple job codes you can only edit their shift that falls under that specific job code.

What I liked the most about using Push Operations at my previous job is you could do your employee annual review and have each year stored for easy access.

I do with you could see the next paycheque's breakdown a day or two sooner than is available.
