Using the Purple WiFi portal is really simple with all its user friendly features. Purple have a development team which works hard to consistently find improvements to the portal, ensuring it stays ahead of the competition. There is now a feedback feature forum too which allows you to leave a request, the more people that agree with that request, the larger chance there is of Purple creating it. It gives users and partners some control of what they require on the portal.
The company in general is also easy to work with. You are assigned an account manager, as well as working closely alongside employees in different areas of the business.
