PureDome has great features and an easy-to-navigate portal. It's clear that a lot of thought was put into the UI, which I believe is an often undervalued feature of systems in general. What I do find to be just as important however, is their customer support. They're always there on a moments notice and I'm always in contact with the same people. It's hard to write anything that I would dislike about PureDome. The biggest strength of any company usually comes from the people working inside it. Their dedication to ensuring the operation of their systems is clearly noticeable and the constant communication abates any worries I'd ever have. There's nothing to dislike! We often have problems with a lot of websites that our clients need our assistants to get access to do perform work.
