Pureservice is a cloud based service management platform for IT, HR, finance and other internal service functions. It is developed in Norway and used by private companies and public sector organisations in the Nordics. The platform collects requests from email, the self service portal and other channels in one shared inbox, where agents can categorise, prioritise, assign and follow up tickets. Each department can have its own queues, forms and access rights, so that for example HR cases are only visible to HR staff. Core modules include ticket management, a self service portal with knowledge base, asset management, change management, automated workflows and reporting. A mobile app is available for agents. Pureservice connects to other systems through an open API and ready made integrations. Setup and configuration are done in the admin interface without programming. Onboarding, training and support from Nordic advisors are included in the subscription.
