What I dislike is the lack of color and vibrancy of appearance of the overall platform. This seems bland and monotonous to me, which transforms it into something boring. This lack of feature or color does not affect how the platform works and its potential for efficient use. The company I work for is a staffing company for IT jobs. I work in the IT department, and one of my roles is monitoring email alerts with Proofpoint. As there is a high traffic flow of emails being sent in from external users, there is a high threat of malicious emails targeting employees. I often find myself investigating alerts and tracking the sender's IP address to assess the risk.
