What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?

If our clients need any type of assistance, we are available to help them from any device that we are sign in on. We use Pure Chat to assist our company on our sister company site when ordering supplies online and paying cash instead of going though insurance. slow reaction time when answering but Im not sure if that has to do with internet speed or a tech issue ...otherwise it really doesnt have to many defects Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pure Chat?

Purechat is very very easy to use and requires very minimum training when learning how to use. It does not have a huge learning curve so it is very easy and fast to learn. I also love how simple it looks not too confusing and not too busy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it does lag a little bit so it makes it a little hard to move on with the chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
