We've been using TradeCentric to expand our B2B integrations and have had an excellent experience. One of the biggest improvements has been migrating customers to PunchOut catalogs. It has made the ordering process much smoother for our customers while reducing friction on our side. Since customers build their carts directly on our website and return them to their procurement system, catalog pricing stays synchronized with our current pricing. That has significantly reduced pricing discrepancies and accounts receivable issues that can occur when outdated catalog pricing is used. One challenge for us is that we sell a significant amount of custom garments with a unique configuration process. Rather than asking us to redesign our business around the platform, the TradeCentric team worked with us to design an integration that preserved our existing customization workflow while still allowing us to take advantage of PunchOut. That flexibility made the implementation much easier than we expected and allowed us to continue providing the experience our customers were already familiar with. From an integration standpoint, TradeCentric has been incredibly flexible. Every customer has different procurement requirements, and the team has consistently been willing to work through those differences to build solutions that fit our business instead of forcing a one size fits all approach. We've implemented PunchOut catalogs, Purchase Order integrations, and Invoice routes, and every project has been handled professionally. Performance has been excellent throughout our projects. Orders flow reliably between systems, and we've been able to automate processes that previously required manual intervention. The integrations have been stable, dependable, and have given us much greater confidence in our order processing. From an ROI perspective, reducing manual order entry, minimizing pricing discrepancies, and improving the customer purchasing experience has made the investment worthwhile. Having customers return carts from our website ensures they're always ordering with current pricing, which has helped reduce pricing disputes and AR issues. The ability to support enterprise procurement systems while maintaining our existing business processes has been a significant advantage. One thing that has really stood out is the people. Every project manager we've worked with has been fantastic. Communication has been excellent, timelines have been well managed, and they've done a great job coordinating between all of the teams involved to keep projects moving forward. Our first Workday integration, including Catalog, Purchase Order, and Invoice routes, went incredibly well thanks to the TradeCentric team. They were organized, responsive, and worked closely with us throughout the entire implementation to ensure a successful launch. The implementation and support teams have also been outstanding. They're knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to collaborate on complex requirements instead of treating every project as a standard deployment. My only real complaint is that searching for transactions can take a while for customers with a large history of PunchOut sessions. PunchOut Catalog has helped us streamline the procurement experience for our customers while reducing manual work on our side. Instead of maintaining static catalogs that can become outdated, customers build their carts directly on our website and return them to their procurement system. This ensures they always receive current pricing, product availability, and custom product configurations. For our business, which offers a significant amount of custom apparel, TradeCentric helped us preserve our existing customization workflow instead of requiring us to redesign it for PunchOut. That has allowed us to support enterprise procurement platforms while maintaining the customer experience we already had. We've also seen fewer pricing discrepancies and accounts receivable issues because orders are created using current website pricing instead of stale catalog data. If we didn't have a program like this with TradeCentric, we wouldn't be nearly as competitive. We say that PunchOut and PO automation is really one of the biggest moats that we can build around our customers. Within our first full year of having multiple integrations, we saw 38% revenue growth and a lot more customer loyalty because of how easy it was for us to integrate with our system. We came on board when they were still called punchout2go. They were an established organization from a technical perspective, however, they had a long way to go from a support perspective. By support I mean helping us get the value that we wanted to see within our own program. We were very new to integrated commerce and it took a little while to get the resources we needed to be more efficient with our internal processes. Tradecentric provided us with a dedicated resource, we have attended several peer events to share best practices, and they've even started offering the consulting as a service. TradeCentric has been a fantastic solution to our integration platform. Implementation and integration was a breeze and the customer support team did a great job explaining how everything would work and walked us through the whole process. Post implementation they have been very forthcoming on updates and anytime the product will experience maintenance giving us proper heads up to alert our customer base. As for ease of use, we don't even interact with the plugin on a daily basis. We set it up and it just works! TradeCentric is our daily solution and does exactly what its supposed to do.
