We say that PunchOut and PO automation is really one of the biggest moats that we can build around our customers. Within our first full year of having multiple integrations, we saw 38% revenue growth and a lot more customer loyalty because of how easy it was for us to integrate with our system. And right now we're using PunchOut and PO automation with invoicing coming later this year. **What do you dislike about PunchOut Catalog?** We came on board when they were still called punchout2go. They were an established organization from a technical perspective, however, they had a long way to go from a support perspective. By support I mean helping us get the value that we wanted to see within our own program. We were very new to integrated commerce and it took a little while to get the resources we needed to be more efficient with our internal processes. Tradecentric provided us with a dedicated resource, we have attended several peer events to share best practices, and they've even started offering the consulting as a service. They have come a LONG way in the last 3-4 years since we started working with them. **What problems is PunchOut Catalog solving and how is that benefiting you?** They allow our buyers to automate their procurement process and allows us to efficiently take orders. ### 3. Implementation and integration was a breeze and the customer support team did a great job explaining how everything would work and walked us through the whole process. Post implementation they have been very forthcoming on updates and anytime the product will experience maintenance giving us proper heads up to alert our customer base. As for ease of use, we don't even interact with the plugin on a daily basis. We set it up and it just works!
