
If we didn't have a program like this with TradeCentric, we wouldn't be nearly as competitive. We say that PunchOut and PO automation is really one of the biggest moats that we can build around our customers. Within our first full year of having multiple integrations, we saw 38% revenue growth and a lot more customer loyalty because of how easy it was for us to integrate with our system. We came on board when they were still called punchout2go. They were an established organization from a technical perspective, however, they had a long way to go from a support perspective. By support I mean helping us get the value that we wanted to see within our own program. We were very new to integrated commerce and it took a little while to get the resources we needed to be more efficient with our internal processes. Tradecentric provided us with a dedicated resource, we have attended several peer events to share best practices, and they've even started offering the consulting as a service.
