We came on board when they were still called punchout2go. They were an established organization from a technical perspective, however, they had a long way to go from a support perspective. By support I mean helping us get the value that we wanted to see within our own program. We were very new to integrated commerce and it took a little while to get the resources we needed to be more efficient with our internal processes. Tradecentric provided us with a dedicated resource, we have attended several peer events to share best practices, and they've even started offering the consulting as a service. TradeCentric has been a fantastic solution to our integration platform. Implementation and integration was a breeze and the customer support team did a great job explaining how everything would work and walked us through the whole process. Post implementation they have been very forthcoming on updates and anytime the product will experience maintenance giving us proper heads up to alert our customer base.
