PumpForge is a fire pump simulator that runs in any web browser. Pump operators train on realistic apparatus panels without taking an engine out of service, and every run is scored automatically. The simulator uses the same friction loss, elevation and pump curve equations taught in IFSTA and NFA coursework, so identical inputs always give identical results. Operators can cavitate a pump, run a tank dry or over-pressure a line and learn from it with no risk to people or apparatus. Departments get 16 built-in scenarios (12 NFA evolutions and 4 NFPA 1002 JPR scenarios covering foam, relay pumping and standpipe supply), an optional pack of NFPA 1410 engine-company evolutions, and 24 panel layouts including top-mount, side-mount, compact, rural tanker, rescue and aerial midship pumps. Instructors can build their own scenarios with the water supply, hose and nozzles their crews actually use. Training officers can watch any active session live, review after action reports with a full event timeline, and award certificates that anyone can verify online. Training logs, ISO hours and compliance exports are ready when the state fire commission or an ISO reviewer asks for the file. An optional eLearning library adds courses on pump operations, hydraulics, safety and compliance. There is nothing to install and no IT department needed. PumpForge works on any laptop, desktop or tablet, admin and instructor seats are free, and departments can try it free for 30 days with no credit card.
