I like that it was easy to setup and that it gave me no problems from the begining. Pump is a simple software but does what it promises it cuts your AWS bill almost in half.

After the YC deal of AWS our company we reduced our usage to 50% but that was not enough and it was using a lot of resources the money we could use to improve our platform/service. So we found and starte using pump that lowered our usage another 50%.

Sometimes I get frustrated with the pump AWS application's occasional connectivity issues, causing disruptions in remote monitoring and control, leading to potential operational inefficiencies.But apart from that it's a great application and I believe more improvements are coming in.
