I used Pumble during my internship mainly for communication with team members and my mentor. I appreciate that it's like WhatsApp in that regard. I want better video or audio calling that need improvement and I personally want Pumble interface are improve like other apps have. It has great team communication features, i can easily manage my communication channel with team, file sharing is easy to use, it's voice call quality is also good, and UI is very good and best in terms of navigation, i can integrate my third party software easily, and overall performance is very good, and most of it's feature is free so it has good ROI in terms of profit, they also have a huge amount of support documents which help me when i try to understand any new feature, and recently they introduced some AI features which is also good.
