Pulsifi system helps you to track the Assessments attempted by various candidates and helps you to filter out the candidates throughout your shortlisting process during Recruiting. Recruiters can easily select the competencies or skills features on which they want to access their candidates. It comprises of several features that can reduce processing time. I like the fact that it has rank-to-fit scores, which quickly help the recruiter to derive the suitability of the candidates. The other plus point is that it has an integrated video chat feature that you can use to review the candidates' responses to predetermined questions.
