"A robust easy to use RMM with competitive features and fantastic UI."
5/5
What do you like best about Pulseway?

I tried a few RMMs before landing on Pulseway. I was surprised by how easy it was to deploy and set up my environment. I was initially attracted to Pulseway due to the attractive pricing. Bigger RMMs were more expensive per seat than Pulseway, and I didn't have the seat volume to negotiate the price down. Pulseway's pricing was very straightforward, and honestly, it's pretty refreshing to deal with it that way. After the first year or two, I got a 3-year contract, and I'm quite happy I did.

I currently use it to update Windows workstations, manage other programs through patch management, set up alerts, remote access, deploy and uninstall programs, and I even use it for some security features like ransomware detection. Support has always been fantastic and available to help or even brainstorm with me on how to accomplish something. As a smaller user, their support even calls me quarterly to discuss any issues I may be having. It's reassuring that they are adding integrations and additional features so often. They have regular webinars from partners to explain new functionality or just to explain new features of the pulseway platfrom.

Their programmatic workflow feature is pretty interesting. You can make a workflow with multiple events and make it do some really cool things, e.g., if this process is active, do this; else, do this, then this. Another thing to consider is that this platform's UI and app support are top-notch compared to other RMM solutions I've seen. As someone who is not glued to my desk, I really appreciate having so much control via my phone. Overall, I've used the platform for quite a few years now, and it has my confidence. What do you dislike about Pulseway?

Pulseway's desktop remote access could use a little more polish, although it gets the job done for support sessions. I have normal users who need to remote into their machines, so I already use Splashtop Business and ended up not using Pulseway's remote tool much. I feel it would be nice if they offered even more templates for scripts and reporting. Since first signing up, they have added quite a few powerful ones, such as sending me a list of all active processes. I'd love more powerful scripts like that ready to go. They are adding new ease-of-use features like the device management tab, which allows you to run quick workflows and scripts on an individual machine or two machines without having to first set a scope manually, etc. I'd like these core platform improvements to be prioritized over third-party integrations. What do you dislike about Pulseway?

While our overall experience with Pulseway has been overwhelmingly positive, there have been occasional hiccups with integrating some of their solutions with other platforms commonly used by MSPs. However, these instances have been relatively minor and haven't significantly impacted our operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, reliable and easy to use"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Pulseway?

Pulseway is simple, easy to use and the features it provides are all we need to be able to manage all of our PCs. The support team and the account manager have been amazing. Always responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pulseway?

The antivirus integration could use some improvement. we encountered some issues where we had to restart some machines multiple times in order to be able to install Bitdefender. Also, some sort of antivirus console could be available on the webapp instead of needing to connect elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cost effective RMM platform with a lot of potential"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Pulseway?

Of all the RMM platforms I have worked with, Pulseway is the easiest to use. I am also not bound to a PC with it as the mobile app has pretty much all of the web interface functions. Installation and removal easier to work with as opposed to other platforms that shall remain nameless. It is worlds better than having nothing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Small Business Pulseway Review"
5/5
What do you like best about Pulseway?

Pulseway allows me to remotely connect to computers to offer tech support. It also allows monitoring of our company server. The capabilities are very extensive, and whenever there is an IT need, Pulseway typically has a solution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pulseway?

Not being an IT individual by experience, or by education, I know that we are leaving a lot of capabilities unused. Finding time to navigate the capabilities, and then implementing them, can be bit overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
