**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Pulseway is one of the few applications which does have clean & easy interface with no nonsense features.
It makes very easy to connect to target computers & does provide full control in providing support & attending tasks.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Remotely waking up systems via pulseway is cumbersome & it takes lot of tries to wake them up.
Few times the systems wake up & sleep back again before you can connect to them.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulseway ticks all the boxes when it comes to providing remote support it works seamlessly across multiple platforms & OS's.

 ### 20. PC management with Pulseway

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vladimír L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

I have been using Pulseway for more than 5 years. It has improved tremendously in that time. The smartphone app is absolutely perfect. This will make it easier to help clients when I am not at the PC. The web interface is still being improved. Simple deployment even in large sites...I've tried several similar systems, but Pulseway is clearly the best.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Come to think of it, I don't know of anything I don't like about Pulseway

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

saves time when responding to client problems. Thanks to various settings, problems can be managed earlier than the client. All this improves my image in the eyes of the client

 ### 21. Monitoring Software / Ticketing Agent

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Reliability - I don't find it often that Pulseway is down and not working as intended.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Limitation of options. Wish that the service would keep you connected through the whole restart and boot up process.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's giving us a number of solutions:
• Giving us a great solution to a ticket management console. Allowing us to parse any support tickets sent via email to be delivered and managed directly by us. The amount of features tied to the ticketing console is quite great, with a lot of options for changing around functions to fit your personal needs.
• The remote management software has ran great in our years of utilizing it. The biggest issue I'd have to raise is not being able to remote onto someones computer before hitting the Windows login screen. This makes it a bit difficult to remote troubleshoot issues where you may need to boot up the device in Safe mode or access BIOS. But it allows us to hop on to any of our clients computers and see what issues they're running into in a matter of seconds.

 ### 22. A godsend for remote IT

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael P. | Senior DevOps Engineer/Head of Cloud Software, Biotechnology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Being able to remote into systems in my company to assist users or solve problems is THE killer feature. Pricing is attractive, especially for smaller organizations. Fully featured mobile application. Provides a lot of things a full Windows domain would without requiring that environment.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Mac and Linux support is second-class at best. Tech support can be slow to respond. Sales can be pushy. Some puzzling design decisions regarding scripting and automation.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the IT administrator for my medium-sized company, Pulseway is absolutely necessary for me to do my job. When a trouble ticket comes in, I can immediately locate the user's PC and often solve the problem that caused that ticket by using a canned script. If not, I have the option to remotely control their computer including the ability to transfer files. Pulseway manages the updates for both Windows and installed applications, letting me know that my fleet is up-to-date and if reboots are required.

 ### 23. Great Software that help me take care about my Comany and make my clients to be Happy and Satisfied.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Automations and ease of use. It just work and do not crush. It is easy in configuration and very stable.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Onboarding Fee. You have to pay this because. There is no other way. The same situation is with PSA software you have to pay onboarding. For me it is not fair.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When you configure everything that you need to have Pulsway just work like a AI machine. For me it is greate and i can find another clients to work with because i am sure that system is working.

 ### 24. I almost never give out a 10, but this time I almost did

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marty J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Product quality and customer service before the sale have been tied.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

I'd like the password forPSA and RMM to be the same for me - they are apparently NOT linked. So maybe a unified identity management between the 2 platforms would help the admin(s).

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote desktop management and ticketing were my 2 biggest concerns. We ended up getting endpoint security as well.

 ### 25. Super easy and solid RMM Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edward S. | Head of Group Infrastructure, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

I've been using Pulseway for about 10 years in various environments. Originally, I used it for remote server monitoring and alerts. In recent years I've also branched out into monitoring workstations as well to help with support and OS/3rd Party Patch Management.

It's always reliable, super easy to install/setup/deploy and the interface and UX is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

I would like to see some more "on the fly" quick reporting (as available with LanSweeper for example). Getting a quick overview of machines missing AV or using out of date software.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main focus for Pulseway on servers is for alerts and monitoring. For our workstations, it provides 3rd Party and OS patch management which comes in at a great price compared to competitors.

 ### 26. Just works as it's supposed to

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon K. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Ease of setup, good and active community, good and extensive features, and pleasing UI. The ability to remotely execute PowerShell has proven useful when one of our servers were unresponsive using our traditional remote control tool.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

can hardly complain about anything, we just need to look at stats and warnings about our servers, and use a bit of powershell.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an overview of resources utilized by servers, as well as securing us against ransomware attacks.

 ### 27. Professional Service from the Beginning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gerald F. | Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

I love their pricing. Instead of committing to fixed numbers of endpoints where I either have too many or not enough, I can purchase precisely how many I need. I also love the contact from and accessibility to support when needed.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

The mandatory onboarding. It's not necessarily bad, but I could see it being offputting for others when they initially see it on their first invoice. Perhaps they could offer it as a separate service.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working at a small company, I am responsible for maintaining and upkeep all of our systems. Pulseway acts as a force multiplier, giving me a bird's eye view of the current state of all of our systems and allowing me to do more in less time.

 ### 28. Spend time managing your computers, not managing your RMM.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian C. | VP & Information Security Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

It is very easy to use, to use the full power of many RMM systems you need to almost have someone dedicated to managing the system, with Pulseway we find a senior tech or techs can easily manage the system yet still spend the majority of their time working on client issues.

Also, we pay on a month-to-month basis with no contract which allows us to increase or decrease licenses as needed.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Salespeople can be a bit pushy, calls to ask how things are going are just thinly veiled attempts to sell you more products. One sales guy was so bad we just stopped answering the phone when he called.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management and standardization of client PCs, we can push a standardized software package and ensure updates are installed in a timely manner across multiple clients easily, also gives us alerting for common issues like hard drive failures or high CPU/Memory usage which can be resolved before they get so bad they affect the end user.

 ### 29. Pulseway is a user friendly and powerful IT Monitoring tool. Highly recommend it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

The visibility and detail it gives me over our entire environment are exceptional. I enjoy the detailed view I can go into for each machine with just the click of a button. The mobile application is also straightforward to use and powerful.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

The only fault I can find with Pulseway is moving machines from containers in the admin interface. It isn't easy to see what needs to be done and how to do it, and it could be a little more user-friendly.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility and notifications for our environment. Pulseway gives me complete visibility of everything you would need to see on your servers and user machines and even has a remote function built in for effortless connection to devices.

 ### 30. Point of view for SMBs IT administrator

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luca B. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Despite being a good idea the fact that you can have a single probe in your network proxing installation of the agent for other is NOT very effective. Also the network monitor part is not very complete and major MIB for the SNMP part have been promises for a long time but still are not present

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Despite being a good idea the fact that you can have a single probe in your network proxing installation of the agent for other is NOT very effective. Also the network monitor part is not very complete and major MIB for the SNMP part have been promises for a long time but still are not present

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The easy of Remote control machines , killing processes, looking for the reason why a machine takes so much time responding for a give task, all with ease from your pc/phone wherever you are. So convenient

 ### 31. Distinguished both team and system go well together the solution is elite the people are supportive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yasser T. | Expert, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Integration and coverage are very detailed while the dashboard are properly presenting proper information

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

might needs some efforts in MSP perspective for assignment of license

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patching, ransomware, EPS, Integration, Network discovery

 ### 32. Easy to use IT tool for even non-IT folks!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

I was looking for a solution that was both affordable and easy to use. The customs scripts really helped automate repetitive tasks that I'd usually do manually.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

I'd like to see more integrations - although they did just add IT Glue and when I asked in the Demo if they had some I wanted they showed me where I can request features. I saw in other chat forums that other requests were actually implemented so we will see!

**Recommendations to others considering Pulseway:**

If pricing is a main point for you, definitely budget-friendly. We moved away from the RD tool cause we did not need it anymore, so ultimately it did save us money in the long term which is nice.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves me so much time! Pulseway alerts me immediately of any problems which I can solve right from my phone. Also, mentioned above are the custom scripts I use to patch, show logged-in users, clean files, etc. It really is a game changer.

 ### 33. Simple to get started and incredibly capable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim A. | Network Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

It is nice to customize what I specifically want to be monitored. Some workstations I only care if they are online and are running efficiently. And for my servers, I can monitor every critical part of the system for alarming. It has also simplified remotely managing these systems.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

I had some issues connecting the Pulseway Dashboard software initially, but that was an error on my part. No other complaints so far, and the support team can handle any that come up. Their communication so far has been outstanding.

**Recommendations to others considering Pulseway:**

If you are looking for an all-in-one solution to monitor and manage your systems, look no further.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A problem has always been advanced monitoring of our systems and servers. Pulseway has eased my concerns, and I can now confidently leave my office while supporting our staff and servers. Hopefully, no more middle-of-the-night calls for servers crashing from unexpected software issues.

 ### 34. Amazing Customer Support & Services

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitch W. | IT Support Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

The customer response time is really good, and they are always willing to help - and if they are unable to, they will escalate it to the correct people. Also have some of the most reliable products I have used.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Although they are working towards the integration with BitDefender's anti-virus portal, there is currently some key features missing, but I know these are to come!

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently using their RMM for our servers and computers, and networking equipment. This has saved us time and resources, as we can catch issues before they are a problem!

 ### 35. Pulseway - Remote Manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sixto Q. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

It's a very easy and reliable way for my IT team to remotely service my computer. They always use it to push any updates that require their authorization or to install any software that I might request for my job.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

As a user, I am not able to modify the settings or permissions that they have for my computer, but I completely understand since mine is a work computed and they need to protect the company's information.

**Recommendations to others considering Pulseway:**

If you don't have remote management software, I strongly recommend that you use Pulseway. I've had bad experiences with other free remote software like Team Viewer.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Software Installation
-Remote Service Request
-Software Updates
-Hardware Maintenance and Possible Repairs needed.

 ### 36. The complete IT system management platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Unlike a lot of solutions on the market, Pulseway is designed in such a way that its not only easy to use, but is a pleasure to use. With really clever visual automation, quick remote control, and patching that simply works. What I really love as well, is the mobile app. Its by far the best on the market, so regardless of where I am, or where my team is, we can connect instantly from the palm of our hand.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

There isn't a lot that I don't like, I have been a customer now for 4 years. more functionality for Linux maybe.

**Recommendations to others considering Pulseway:**

Test it in your environment, deploy a few machines and use it for a few days.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wer do everything with Pulseway, remote we manage over 700 Windows, Mac and Linux machines and network devices. Anything from resolving issues, automating patching updates, installing new software, onboarding new users. Anything that is IT, we monitor it in real-time, keep it healthy and remediate problems using Pulseway. We have a big dashboard that Pulseway lets you customize, hanging in our office.

Ease of use, step by step process superb

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Nothing so far, great product no bugs at

**Recommendations to others considering Pulseway:**

This is the best RMM software that is best suited for our needs.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all systems up to date

 ### 38. Pulseway RMM Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khalid A. | Network & System Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Very simple and versatile software, it has all the required modules which help us monitor and control our systems, wither its Hyper-V, Exchange Server, Active Directory or even SQL, its all within reach and fully operational from your mobile device anywhere and anytime. this software gave us peace of mind specially when some minor configration changes or patches are required.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Nothing in general, but I would like to see some price reduction.

**Recommendations to others considering Pulseway:**

Pulseway is an excellent RMM application.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulseway allowed us to have more free time since I trust the platform will alert us if anything happens the moment it happens to work on a solution immediately instead of having to log in or collect performance logs manually. In addition to that, it allows us to run scripts, remote commands, and control services and running processes.

 ### 39. A great tool for IT professionals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben F. | Head Of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

There are lots of great things to say about pulseway, but the feature that stands out the most to me is the automation commands that can be used. These can range from simple spooler restarts to group policy forced updates.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

The only negative thing about pulseway, is unfortunately, the remote desktop client. It's not as feature-rich as a lot of the other available clients out there. Although this could be easily improved.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulseway allowed us to solve multiple issues within the business, especially small requests that do not need an engineer to look at. With pulseways automated commands, we can solve simple issues without wasting engineers time.

 ### 40. Decent Software with a couple Qwerks

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric H. | Network Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

I like the windows updates integration the best, managing updates on windows servers is something that is often needed to be done outside of regular business hours. I like that fact that I can login to pulseway from my phone and click on install updates for each of the windows servers in my environment

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

I dislike the 2 factor authentication implementation. The idea on clicking a notification on your phone in order to authenticate to the website is handy. but often times I am on my laptop or a desktop in the office and it is not convient for me to have to reach into my pocket or get up and go to another room to fetch my phone. I also disklike that the Pulseway dashboard only runs on windows. I would REALLY like to have the pulseway dashboard displayed on a tv in my office. I do not want to dedicate a entire Windows PC to it though. If the dashboard supported linux and macos, we could repurpose old hardware for the task without having to purchase a windows license and deal with windows updates and random restarts taking down the dashboard. Also it would be cool if there was a webapp verison of the dashboard that could be displayed on very low spec hardware like a raspberry pi or standard web browser built into a smart tv. Please take this concern and make something of it. I was really excited about pulseway mainly for the dashboard and was very very disappointed that it was only supported on windows operating system.

**Recommendations to others considering Pulseway:**

If you are dealing with mainly windows servers and clients, go for it. If you are using linux, it is a manual process that can be a bit difficult to understand.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Updating windows servers after hours, notifications of serivces being stopped and hard drives full. I see the benefit of having custom scripts available in the toolbox to fix issues but it would have been used more if we were managing all the users PCs with pulseway instead of only using for the servers.

 ### 41. Pulseway

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Easy to use, very affordable for what it does. Simple to use and very easy to deploy.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Some patching titles are missing but custom titles do work.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remoting into systems from anywhere is a game changer, especially with the mobile app.

 ### 42. Pulseway is the best tool in my utility belt!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve M. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

We've been using Puklseway since the Mobile PC Monitor days and can't imagine using anything else. The amount of things we can accomplish just from our cell phones is amazing and it ALWAYS works!

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Nothing at all here to dislike. Even the pricing.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulseway makes everyday user and endpoint management a breeze. It saves me time and gets my end users a speedy response.

 ### 43. All-in-one place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Can see everything from the device IP, specs, status, etc are in there. Just create a task you need to run at your own convenience and just wait for the report when it's all done. It's like an all-nighter who's going to watch your system and will report all the outcomes after the shift.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

It's sad that right now they cannot integrate bitlocker and so I have to find another way to run a report of which devices are encrypted with bitlocker.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to create a workflow to let me informed when the storage is on 10% full. This really helps me to avoid server lagging.

 ### 44. Was good in the beginning and then...

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

In the beginning, Pulseway seemed like it was going to be a great product. It had a friendly interface, meaningful reports, remote access worked well, and a few other pluses. All seemed to be going pretty good, and the pricing was on the plus side too. It was still in the early stages, so I pretty patient with the experience, and I saw regular improvements for a bit. And then the nightmare happened.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

A couple of months into using the product, Pulsway did a system update that broke everything. I lost all connections to my customers, could not connect to them from the software at all. I called Pulseway support to find out what had happened, and they openly admitted that a programing mistake had been made and they were working on the fix. Unfortunately for me, the fix did not work and required me to travel to many of my customers to redeploy the agent on the machine to get them to work again on the RMM platform. Since I have customers that require a couple of hours of travel for me, this was not an acceptable fix. This left a sour experience for myself and my tech, and after we discussed our options in-house, we decided we switch back to our previous RMM vendor for the reliability it had always had. The lesson my shop learned from this experience was that price does not offer equal value.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If you read the dislikes, you'll see why we are no longer using the product. While Pulseway support was trying to help us resolve the issue, our shop had to move away due to the programming mistake that cost us money in the end to correct with our customers.

 ### 45. Amazing Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikram M. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Cost for value and features included. Has all the bells and whistles with easy to use platform. Makes my day to day job easier. Always new and wonder features get added. The support team and development team listens to their customers.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

No dislikes. This is a great product out of the box.

**Recommendations to others considering Pulseway:**

Definitely give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help minimize day to day grunt work. Keeps computers up to date. Built in server management for AD. Cost is low for all the benefits it provides.

 ### 46. A Great Experience, Improving Often

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Pulseway's support team is always looking to assist. Most of the UI is intuitive, and they consistently update their platform to improve based on customer feedback. It's nice to see a combination of a polished product and with the requisite amount of support.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Remote control sessions are a little tedious. Multi-monitor support exists, but it's only ever one monitor at a time. Additionally, you often have to disconnect/reconnect to a machine to switch users if that machine is locked with a user logged in.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patch Management and automated workflows are handled very quickly once you get the hang of policies. Substantial cost savings over our previous provider.

 ### 47. RMM software making PC support simple
