It's a bit slow to load requests, but it does the work. PMS/Apprisal form doesnt take entries/ it expires if we take more time to fill the form. I had to enter the form details separately in a Excel and paste the entries at once in the PulseHRM PMS form and submit. On-boarding and applicant tracking is also very efficient. It provides a configurable, automated tool for SMART goal setting. It is great software for measuring the performance. This allows keeping a record of employee’s performances and helps to appreciate and recognize top performers. The self-help page really helps a lot to navigate through the software easily. It helps you identify the areas which can be improved and helps to fulfill the training needs. It provides a free trial. The system is constantly up grading and provides you with latest technologies.
