Pulsecima Pulse is multi-region uptime monitoring that only alerts when it's real. Instead of firing an alert from a single check location's network blip, it confirms downtime across multiple regions before notifying you — cutting false-positive pages. It also includes free Heartbeat Checks (dead-man's-switch monitoring for cron jobs and scheduled tasks), so a missed backup or batch job triggers an alert the same way a downed website does. Free for 3 URLs, then simple per-URL pricing with no tier cliffs.
