**What do you like best about Pulse360?**

Pulse360 integrates with popular CRM tools like Redtail, Wealthbox, and Salesforce, which allows advisors to keep all their client data in one ecosystem and avoid duplicating information across platforms.

**What do you dislike about Pulse360?**

Pulse360 can be relatively expensive, especially for smaller advisory firms or solo practitioners. The software is priced with mid-to-large firms in mind, so the cost might feel high for those with limited budgets.

**What problems is Pulse360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulse360 solves several common problems for me including inefficient client communication, unorganized client notes, and time-intensive follow-up processes.
