Pulsar CRM is a sales CRM built for small businesses in Brazil that sell on WhatsApp. During the first login you pick your type of business from 20 ready-made templates (clinics, real estate, schools, gyms, restaurants, solar energy, insurance brokers, law and accounting firms, car dealers and more), and the pipeline comes with the stages and customer fields of that niche. Every time a deal moves to a new stage, Pulsar creates the next follow-up task for the assigned salesperson, with a suggested message. On the Commercial plan, the whole team answers customers from a single WhatsApp number, with the customer record next to the conversation, and the PulsIA assistant prepares each conversation and points out where the pipeline is losing sales. Leads come in through forms, the website or integrations, with their source saved. After the sale, every new customer goes through a 100-day onboarding track with ready-made tasks, and Pulsar shows which repeat customers are overdue to buy again.
