It's a good Chat API and reasonably priced vs competitors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PubNub?

They need to improve on giving notices in advance of changes. They emailed us with a 30 day notice saying they would delete our data. After speaking with them though, we came to a reasonable resolution. But they should understand 30 day notice is very short Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
