It has every feature you might want at the pro plan level, and most features you'd want at the lower tier. I love that I can create recurring event reminder posts, and I love how it works around the dumb decision Facebook made to stop allowing API posts to groups; it works so well. The price is excellent for what you get, and it means it is within the reach of solopreneurs, but if I were a big corporate business, I'd still use it. The interface is so user-friendly that I was onboarded within a few hours, which included setting up my scheduling system, labels, and more. My experience with Publer has been from the perspective of a free user, but that hasn't affected the level of support that the company has given me. I am new to their platform, but I'm coming from a different platform that did not have as many features and was not as easy to use as Publer. There’s no AI insight on what content performs best, which hashtags are trending, or how a post might be improved before publishing.
