## About PtMS
PtMS is a GIS map based paratransit and NEMT software system that supports order taking, trip editing, automated scheduling, dispatching, billing, reporting, HIPAA 837 transactions, automated appointment reminders, mobile Android devices, GPS vehicle tracking, electronic schedules, signature capture, and driver-dispatch messaging all built on a SQL server database platform.

It has good service side, and does good enough job on that

**What do you dislike about PtMS?**

not a fan of the updates. they seem to make changes with the system and we don't know what they are until we open the system to use and find them.

**What problems is PtMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly, I dont know
