I like that Ptengine has a user-friendly design, practical core features, and full GDPR compliance, which perfectly match the needs of our small HR consulting team. The heatmap feature is my favorite because it provides a visual presentation of how job seekers interact with our pages without diving into raw data. This lets me make data-driven adjustments easily. The funnel analysis tool is extremely valuable for tracking the application process, helping us improve candidate experience by pinpointing exit points and reducing talent loss. I also appreciate the simple no-code A/B testing feature, which allows us to test and optimize content without needing dedicated web developers, saving us time and money. First, the custom report function is somewhat limited. As an HR team, we often need to combine data from job pages, employer branding content and service landing pages into one unified report for internal team reviews. Right now, Ptengine does not support flexible cross-module data merging. I have to export separate reports manually and organize them in spreadsheets afterwards, which adds extra repetitive work. It would be great if the platform allowed us to create fully customized combined reports and save commonly used report templates, so we can pull integrated data with one click. Second, real-time data updates have a slight delay. When we launch a new job posting or run a short-term employer branding campaign, we hope to monitor visitor activity instantly. But the real-time statistics usually take 30 to 60 minutes to refresh. During urgent recruitment drives, we cannot quickly check immediate traffic changes and candidate engagement.
