This year our team has decided to use the PTC website to schedule an notify parents of their conference date with their child. I am not sure this is my favorite method as scheduling conferences but one positive is the ability to send to parents reminder emails and notifications as to when their conference is. As a teacher and a parent, I love that you get reminders because we can be a little bit forgetful these days! Another plus, is that they have tech-support and it’s easy to ask for help and get a quick response. **What do you dislike about PTC Wizard?** They are too things that stick out that I dislike very much. One being that it’s very time-consuming to enter in students, their contact information, and their conference date and time. Another issue I’m having with their website is that It does not translate to other languages. I have many students whose parents do not read or write in English. So they are unable to read these emails and we are still contacting them through a translator and a phone call. **What problems is PTC Wizard solving and how is that benefiting you?** One problem that is being solved this year Is that you have evidence that you try to contact families to try to set up these conferences.
