It's nice to have everything in one place, including payments and nutrition logging. I log their weights, times, and training sessions weekly, which helps me manage clients smoothly through the app. Having a targeted app with my trademark makes it feel more official to clients, and they know exactly where they're going. **What do you dislike about PT Distinction?** I wish that the nutrition could automatically log their macros as they loaded them in. I know that's a little more AI usage, but I would love that. **What problems is PT Distinction solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use PT Distinction to monitor client nutrition and track training programs. The Facebook community is a huge plus. **What do you dislike about PT Distinction?** I wish it were easier to log the sets, reps, and weights. Once you get the hang of it it's ok, but I have had some frustrated client feedback. **What problems is PT Distinction solving and how is that benefiting you?** PT Distinction helps me organzie my clients and create a consisive plan to deliver results. It's great for implementing programs (from templates if you want), courses, and even habit changes! Awesome FB group for support! **What do you dislike about PT Distinction?** Really only two complaints. The app can be a bit confusing for new clients. This is because it does so much more than other trainer apps. But you should trial it from client side first to ensure you can guide them through it. Once they play around with it, becomes much easier. Also, sometimes it can be hard to make suggestions for new features. The support is great, but maybe slightly limited in how he believes training can be delivered. Not really the app, but since I can't think of more concerns, theres that. Still better support and more updates the other major apps in this market. **Recommendations to others considering PT Distinction:** I think it seems to be the best fitness app out there, especially if you plan to run premade programs, group programs, and instill other information to your clients. They plan to add more detailed results tracking for groups (which can help if you train teams, currently would need an app like teambuldr for that). Truecoach looks prettier, but not as in depth and no android app. **What problems is PT Distinction solving and how is that benefiting you?** This drastically saves time on creating programs, engaging clients, and sending information to clients. Also the app in itself is a selling tool compared to the way many fitness programs are delivered! ### 5. I've worked with many individuals in-person and providing them a program to complete on their own is hard enough so I wanted to make sure they will not encounter any issue accessing their information. Fortunately, to this day I have not had any issues or confusion on how to navigate and use PT Distinction. **What do you dislike about PT Distinction?** The software provides many exercises with videos which I think is absolutely amazing however programming is unique to each individual and although there are plenty of exercises many others that are quite common are not included.
