PsyReview by EasyDocForms helps psychologists and psychiatrists organize medical records for independent medical examinations, workers’ compensation evaluations, and California psych QME and AME cases. Its AI-assisted record review organizes treatment history, symptoms, documented functioning, and other relevant information into summaries and a chronology with source-page references. Clinicians can review the underlying records, edit the information, and use it to prepare their own reports. PsyReview also supports conversion of assessments users are authorized to use into fillable PDFs. Case-to-form AI-assisted drafting is in development. The clinician reviews the evidence and remains responsible for the evaluation and final opinions.
