This feature allows me to split my time between lots of projects. PSOHUB is super easy to integrate into any browser. It is nice to know that PSOHUB onboard user feedback and that I can suggest changes or new features and I know they will be reviewed. We have not had any major issues but the customer support has resolved and challenges we faced. Implementation within the company was easy but I required some time for people to form a habit of using it daily. **What do you dislike about PSOHUB.?** This may be an error on my side but it often goes out of sync with my calendar. I would like to be able to put in recurring slots such as lunch breaks without having to add it to my calendar. Before PSOHub we had two of the three primary business systems we needed, plus a collection of smaller, tactical solutions. We also would have appreciated being informed that the number of team licenses at the start could have been significantly reduced. During the setup phase, having all employee licenses active is really unnecessary. The CSV export makes filtering and sorting this data very easy. **What do you dislike about PSOHUB.?** The lack of a PTO tracker has been an issue. We had to create an internal project as a workaround. The contract line system makes it difficult to manage projects with personnel with varying hourly rates per project. A lot of useful tools and reports are locked behind the Enterprise license, but my company is very small and it is not feasible to upgrade. The site often logs personnel out while they are actively using the time tracker. The browser plug in will stop working when the site logs someone out without warning. My devs went back to toggl track and enter their hours manually in PSO which should be unnecessary. This is one of the biggest complaints. The project plan UI isn't really friendly to non project managers. It is difficult for developers and program directors to navigate and find what they need. The dashboard has information that isn't necessary for everyday ops and some crucial info is missing. I use this tool daily to log my hours, check different goals and targets, check my personal planning and the different projects I am working on. The feature I like the most is real time hour writing by simply integrating the PsoHub addon in your browers so you can set the project you are working on and a small discription and start the clock. Once you are done you press stop and the hours are automatically logged. Therefor the ease of implementation is optimal and very straight forward. With great customer support if you do need some help figuring things out. **What do you dislike about PSOHUB.?** There is not much that I dont like. I would only maybe want the personal dashboard to be extended a little bit showing more comparitive information, for example compairing previous months or the same month last year to see growth for example. **What problems is PSOHUB. solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of all the hours and the budget of different projects. Managing my live projects in PSOHub is then really efficient. I use the templates for contracts and tasks to save me time and ensire that tasks are not forgotten/left out, but I also manage those tasks (add new ones, close old ones) throughout the day. Those tasks frive my daily schedule and the My Tasks feature is really handy. Assinging tasks to others in the team so them can see their schedule on the Overall Gantt chart is aniother great efficiency. Time logging is easy and intuitve - I add time to service project tickets via HubSpot and time on projects in PSOHub. On the occassions I have used the online support, I have found them to be very reponsible and helpful. I use PSOHub every day, all day. **What do you dislike about PSOHUB.?** I'd like a few more settings to change the way my PSOHub works. For example, when listing projects I'd like to be able to set the tab always to Favourites. I have a lot of service projects as well as bespoke projects but I only need to monitor the bespoke ones which Itag as favourites and having that extra click after selecting Projects mounts up during the day. Similarly, when I look at a project, I want to go straight to Tasks rather than Contracts.
