The platform is relatively intuitive and most things are were you might think they should be. The cusotmer support and develpoment team are highly connected and agile, as a few issues and improvement opportunities were flagged to the csutomer services and within weeks, there was a fix. Great job PSO hub, as this is what a small software company shoud be able to do. **What do you dislike about PSOHUB.?** The main negative I've personally encountered with PSO Hub is the limited access staff timesheets. As a manager, having full visibility into team members' time tracking is important for ensuring transparency, accountability and project tracking. The weekly view is my typical go to method. But I've seen it evolve across the past few years. **What do you dislike about PSOHUB.?** I typically have to export the Excel file version to my client and the spreadsheets have gotten significantly better, but the columns are always tedious to decipher and usually I have to add my own columns to finish the billing task. The project selection drop downs are tedious when entering multiple clients with multiple sub projects. I've had to delegate this to my staff because the data entry is not effective use of my time then I still need to audit afterwards. I liked the Google calendar integration a few years ago, but my client asked contractors to not use it since there were issues with consistency. Psohub can't distinguish between billable and non billable Google calendar appointments/ entries. **What problems is PSOHUB. solving and how is that benefiting you?** Psohub helps my client track individual client and project expenses along with incidental expenses so they can bill their customers. It gives natural integrations for our other platforms, such as Xero and Slack. We can include files and comments within tasks to track the various sites within a job. **What do you dislike about PSOHUB.?** PSOHub struggles to understand the business model in order to show a true coorelation between the Sales Amount to a client, the Estimated Budget to achieve the project, and the Actuals do not properly populate across the Budget and Actuals correctly. If we cannot resolve this issue, then we will probably not be renewing as we are having to do the same manual reports on the backend of a project to show how well we did. **What problems is PSOHUB. solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to go directly from HubSpot to a project in PSOHub plus export invoicing into Xero helps reduce some of the manual processes we do now through spreadsheets and notes. However the projected budget and profits and actuals are do not calculate through properly as we have flat fees and the cost against the project do not show what has been used. The tool is very intuitive and not overly complex. I also love that it's built right on top of Hubspot so it seamlessly picks up managing projects where sales leaves off. **What do you dislike about PSOHUB.?** The user interface feels a bit clunky. The process of entering quote/contract/project items doesn't flow that great, and it feels slow. It's not very responsive. I know it's a relatively new product so we're hoping it grows with us as our business grows. If not I could see us easily outgrowing it, but it's fine for now. **What problems is PSOHUB. solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a way to scope, estimate, and manage projects to ensure profitability. PSOHub was built for this purpose. Once our sales team moves a project over into the phase where we create an estimate, PSO Hub takes over. It made it easy to keep track of who was doing what and where effort was being expended. **What do you dislike about PSOHUB.?** I didn't like some of the default views and figuring out how to change some of those kinds of options took a little longer than I would like. I recognize that it's still a young tool and even in the short time I've been using it, it has improved. **What problems is PSOHUB. solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a fully remote consulting company working on multiple projects at a time PSO hub made it possible to keep track of who was working on which projects and assign critical tasks to make sure we all stayed on track. ## PSOHUB.
