**What do you like best about PSIcapture?**

ease of creating templates, modifying templates is also pretty user friendly

**What do you dislike about PSIcapture?**

Support access is not great.... impossible to get emergency help...

**What problems is PSIcapture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is necessary for us at this point because Laserfiche cannot OCR and template our vendor invoices
