TimesheetX is timesheet and invoicing software for consultancies that bill their consultants' time. Consultants record days, half-days or hours in a monthly grid per engagement, or log their tasks day by day. The client approves the timesheet or each task from a link received by e-mail, without creating an account, with automatic reminders and a full history. Approved timesheets become invoices at each engagement's rate, with VAT rules, credit notes and gap-free numbering; they go out as PDF or as UBL over the Peppol network, as Belgian B2B e-invoicing requires since 2026. A dashboard tracks utilisation, engagement budgets and timesheets to chase. For employers who place their own staff at client sites, an option adds employee files, leave, expenses, payroll export and payslips under the rules of six countries; in Tunisia, payslips are computed with CNSS, IRPP and CSS. The interface and e-mails are available in English, French and Dutch.
