Advertises a good value proposition, but... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PRWeb? Horrible experience as first time user. They held up my release, then sent an email confirming it was fine, then just never released it at the scheduled time because it was still held up. Editorial had an issue with one of the words in the headline, which I revised to a synonym I found that they had published many times. But I was held up in editorial again who refused to publish despite having approved it for larger companies. The word is "Free". The staff is impersonal and editorial policies arbitrary. What a waste of time and damage. If you have an urgent release and are not a large customer of theirs, I would advise going somewhere else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
