They do not respond. No phone number. No chat. No Visibility Report. They send the release to junk sites. I paid more than $400. How are these people in business?? **What problems is PRWeb solving and how is that benefiting you?** I get out a release that the client can see. ### 2. To tell the truth it's hard to find something good about it **What do you dislike about PRWeb?** Outdated UI/UX Low reach and distribution Deceptive advertising and prices - it says on the Premium package twice > Go viral. But when reaching out to customer service they say that this is not true and usually their customers don't reach virality. They held up my release, then sent an email confirming it was fine, then just never released it at the scheduled time because it was still held up. Editorial had an issue with one of the words in the headline, which I revised to a synonym I found that they had published many times. But I was held up in editorial again who refused to publish despite having approved it for larger companies. The word is "Free". The staff is impersonal and editorial policies arbitrary. What a waste of time and damage.
