**What do you like best about Eptura Visitor?**

It enables a smooth guest check-in process. What I like most is that it helps us enforce our NDA requirement while also keeping a clear history of visits. We use it every day, and we find it very helpful for staying organized and consistent with our process.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Visitor?**

This is probably more of an issue with our hardware, but every once in a while the app on the iPad disconnects. The app still looks like it’s working, so it would be helpful if it made it clearer when it isn’t syncing.

**What problems is Eptura Visitor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking visitors is straightforward, and it keeps a detailed record of each visit, which I find very helpful. When we require visitors to sign our NDA, Eptura Visitor keeps all NDAs on file, and they’re easy to reference and download whenever needed.

**What do you like best about Eptura Visitor?**

I have been using Eptura Visitor since 2020, it is visitor management at its best. Handles everything from scheduled visit to a newcomer and even includes package delivery.

It has been a few times I had to reach out for support, but it seems they are always available. You can get a quick reply for all your inquires with a solution. Online Support has never let me down. And if I reached out for support is not because something is wrong with Proxyclick (because it has never stopped working) but because I wanted to do something new or different I wasn’t doing before. They guide you step by step until you complete your task. 

Billing has changed, I used to have monthly payments, now I'm only offered an annual subscription which is supposedly cheaper in the long run. We usually receive the invoice the same week with all detailed info we need to process payment (from correct address to PO number and any other special request we have). Accounts payable has never had an issue with billing.

Running on iOS also provides a great experience, many people may be Android fans, but iPad really shines when using Eptura visitor. Get a nice stand for your iPad and Eptura visitor will change the way your reception counter looks. It will be neatly organized. And being so self-explanatory you won’t require an extra person to help register a visitor. I recommend you use a smart switch to toggle the iPad power on and off because this works so well you even forget you have an iPad managing your visitors, my last iPad died on me because of 24/7 charging, the battery got damaged and the screen broke because of the swollen battery. So now I have a smart switch turning on and off with 6-hour cycle which has improved performance and life for the device.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Visitor?**

It seems to have everything I need. Maybe I would just complain about price, when we started there were different plans, now it has increased a bit above my budget, some features require an extra fee which I think shouldn't be the case or change plan. It has some features I would love to try but they are limited to specific hardware I don't have (like access control or printers) which are not compatible with the solution I already have.

Using Eptura to manage my visitors have changed not only the way we used to do it. It has a great impact with all visitors. Being able to register themselves and get a badge with their picture is really professional and getting rid of the old book where everyone had to sign was wonderful. It added another layer of personal data security by not allowing to see other visitor's data on the book.

It allows you for screen customization, several language options and easier registration for returning visitors. 

Eptura shows how many visitors are inside the premises in an emergency situation at any time, allowing to look for someone who’s not present during an evacuation. 

And with connectors and web hooks you can improve even more, like using SMS and Teams to let people know they have a visitor. You can even send a message back provided you requested phone number. Associate visitor with license plates is also a good feature for parking management.

**What do you like best about Eptura Visitor?**

Eptura is a visitor solution, previously know as Proxy click. It's web and app based. We use this solution in the last 5 years and it's very stable, scalable and easy to configure. Our customer really appreciate how fast is the check-in and user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Visitor?**

An Android version could have less expansive terminal (now iPad). The program needs a internet connection in order to work so we must create a Wi-Fi DMZ in order to grant our security level

**What problems is Eptura Visitor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The program solve our external user management with quick solution, the user interface is really easy to use, stable and good looking. 
We solve both the accountability and the communication to our visitors became more quick

It's less time consuming, which helps people focus more on what they should focus on. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive.

logging in to the app is a little clunky,  we have to log in using a code instead of a username and password and our front desk team forgets this from time to time.

There was a bit of a learning curve getting to know the interface after the software acquisition.

Instead of a paper clipboard at lobby, we now have an Ipad that sends notifications when visitors arrive, as well as deliveries.  This is much more streamline.  It also provides our safety department of a list of individuals in the building in case of an emergency

There are some manual tasks for those Enterprise situations (many locations) that could be automated.   For example, individual site token refreshing.

The best part about Visitor is the ease of use it gives associates when they need to see someone at the office. Having the visitor use the QR code and it automatically contacting the host is the best part.

The reporting aspects of Visitor I think can be bolstered. There are few metrics that can be pulled from an analytical standpoint and would love to see more.

That guest can get a permanent visitor QR code and doesn't need to go through the whole process every day.

Speed: When visitors register, we must wait and hold the visitor. When the reception area is crowded, it gets really annoying. Also, sometimes we can't find the person needed in the tab app even if they are visible on the web page.
Customer support is really slow, or they are just ghosting us.

Very easy to set up from an administrative viewpoint. Can view all sites from a single portal and view visitors' logs easily. Also like the feature of notification via e-mail.

The biggest issue is not with ProxyClick, it's when the device (Ipad, etc.) needs an update, and it can confuse the end administrative user. Usually, the support team has to update the device and restart proxyclick. Other than that, it works accordingly.

**What do you like best about Eptura Visitor?**

We reviewed about a dozen services for visitor management. Proxyclick sits in the 'just right' zone, offering all the necessary core requirements in its Essential plan. Cheaper services offered too few features, too much manual configuration, and nothing but headaches trying to connect it to a badge printer. Competitive platforms had a price barrier or contractual commitment that was cost-prohibitive given our needs. Intuitive Slack integration helped with employee adoption.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Visitor?**

- Would like more fine-tuned controls over kiosk layout and setup. Portrait mode would be nice.
- iOS only.
- Administration dashboard could be more intuitive. Certain functions and reports weren't the easiest to locate.

**What problems is Eptura Visitor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Proxyclick, our front desk had a hard time tracking visitors, with visitors often not realizing they had to sign in. Audit reports have been invaluable. We've not yet re-opened the office, but it will provide great control with employee remote/in-office management.

**What do you like best about Eptura Visitor?**

My company needed to ask our visitors very special questions such as which country the visitor was from. We searched multiple products in the market and found only ProxyClick can offer the customization to our satisfaction. 
The sales team and chat support were also very helpful and provided prompt responses all the time.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Visitor?**

We have 8 offices but ProxyClick is unable to let us have one parent template configuration that applies to the other offices. If I need to make a change to the visitor kiosks' configuration, I have to repeat and test the same processes 8 times.

**Recommendations to others considering Eptura Visitor:**

Please test and compare this solution with the others. I tested 3 different products before I settle with Proxyclick.

We were able to use Proxyclick to assign each visitor a unique WiFi password. Our security also found the digital visitor kiosk much easier to manage and provide visitor reports.

When you are connected on the proxy click portal, you can directly contact the support team by chat.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Visitor?**

It can be many reasons why the badge cannot be print: iPad, proxy click app version, proxy server, printer. It's not easy to maintain

When a visitor is coming, he registers himself on the Ipad. The badge is automatically print, and the employee is aware of his arrival. You don't really need anymore to have a receptionist.

**What do you like best about Eptura Visitor?**

What I like best about Proxyclick is it's ability to customize your visitors check-in experience on the Kiosk. Anything from uploading your company's own background image on the check-in screen to requiring they put their license plate info in during the check-in process. You have the ability to turn on what features and info you capture. Working at a data center site, we have to be ensure all visitors are checked-in, ID's validated, and go over our data center agreement with the visitor when they walk through the door. With Proxyclick we're able to save time with check-ins because it remembers all visitors who have used the Kiosk before, it offers multi-location setup so that you can have certain features available at your office site versus your data center site, photo ID visitor badges from when they check-in, and with the customized features we were even able to upload our data center agreement into the process of check-in.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Visitor?**

To be honest I can't come up with anything I dislike about proxyclick. They have a great messaging system when your visitor checks-in, their web browser is easy to navigate, they have an outstanding customer service department with prompt responses and knowledge on the software, their help center articles and videos are kept up to date, and they themselves are continuously evolving their software to provide you, as the user, the best features that are out there today.

**Recommendations to others considering Eptura Visitor:**

If you are looking for a simplified check-in experience for visitors, a custom check-in process, audit reporting, photo badge printing for your visitors, notifications sent to your phone or to your email when a visitor arrives, and a helpful customer service staff to assist you with any issues or questions you may have...Then I highly recommend Proxyclick to be your go to check-in software.

One of the problems we have solved at our company is our visitor audit reports. Thanks to Proxyclick we are able to provide a thorough report on each one of our facilities to our external auditors. The best part of ProxyClick is the service that stands behind it. When I have an issue, emails are constantly going back and forth between myself and support. We are used to the typical: send support an email and wait and wait and wait for a response. With ProxyClick, its the opposite. They are so quick with responses, they are typically waiting on me!

**What do you dislike about Eptura Visitor?**

(I want to preface this comment by saying that it is mostly aimed at Brother) We purchased a recommended printer (Brother VC-500W) and it has been nothing but trouble. We don't frequently have visitors, but without a doubt everytime we do, the printer is off. Then when it is on, its slow to print. Finally when its done printing, you have to manually tell the printer to cut the label (really?!). This makes the entire check in process tedious and time consuming. The ProxyClick app side is fast and easy to use. But when considering the check-in process as a whole, I've seen co-workers give up on checking people in due to the printer's lacking abilities. 

I would love to see what a more recent recommended printer could do.

**Recommendations to others considering Eptura Visitor:**

The iPad presentation in the lobby alone makes a great first welcome impression. The system is quick and professional. I haven't played with the contactless check-in, but that feature came out very quickly during the COVID lockdown.

For ISO 27001, visitor management and auditing is a must. ProxyClick handles this with ease. 

I hope in the future we are able to utilize some of the emergency alert systems, where you can get a list of all visitors in the case of a fire drill (or God forbid, a real fire).

It's cloud based, so no need to host anything locally except for the actual kiosks (iPads). All management is done through their website, which supports single sign-on and user provisioning from our IdP. Technical support is always only a live chat message away.

If there is a network outage on site, visitors will have to be logged with pen and paper. We've some times had issues with the badge printers, not printing with the correct aspect ratio, or in some cases not printing at all. These issues are always resolved fairly quickly with help of ProxyClick support.

Keeping track of who's in the building, especially important in emergency situations. Being cloud based means we don't have to manage any visitor system locally on site.

The solution is able to accomplish this with sleek, minimalist tablet kiosks and serves as a great tool for making first impressions to visitors. The best part of ProxyClick is how simple the solution is to manage.

Printers can be difficult to configure. We had trouble installing multiple badge printers in the same workspace. The system is designed to accept one printer as primary and take a secondary printer via a workaround. We had to use a beta version of the app to make the second printer function correctly.

ProxyClick is a great tool for visitor management. It has a modern design that will assist you in creating a preferable first impression with visitors.

The feature we use the most is the email invite. I think reception appreciates this feature the most as they will always know when people or groups are coming. and The QR code check in feature is nice.

Not much to dislike but one feature that would be helpful especially in this Era is being able to give guests the ability to answer questions in advance. Maybe as part of the invite email. 

We use the feature that has them sign a pdf before coming, but would make things much smoother especially with large groups if they could all answer questions days in advance.

We moved from a paper system to this digital one. We previously used a logbook with hundreds of pages but now reception/HR can look back  and very easily view visits and people without much effort or sress.

The pricing model is not entirely transparent at first glance. You have to make a little effort to understand the price list and find all the features. But I managed to do that, and the support could have helped me anytime ;-)

If you are looking for a user friendly, complete and compliant solution, you should take your time and use the proxyclick test trail. My receptionists, the users and the visitors have attested me a very good user experience. More can't be expected of an actually, can it?

We will now test the solution at other locations. The multilingualism allows us to do this in other countries as well.

The online support is also very positive and fast! We have found solutions that show that proxyclick is also flexible.

The dashboard is simple and effective.  The UI is sleek and allows easy management of visitor records.  Attendance notifications are a big plus as well.

Some minor UI changes to the iPad app would be nice and improve user interaction.
1) Check-out button/link is way too small and people don't notice it on the iPad home screen.  I would make it as large as the Check-in button.
2) There needs to be an option to have the QR code scanning done from the home screen. without physically touching the kiosk.  Less physical touch huge plus during this Pandemic and it also shortens the visitor's interaction time.

Test the system out with a small pilot group before rolling it out to the office or organization.  The system does send out a considerable about of emails to registered visitors so you need to make sure everything is configured correctly or you'll be blasting junk mail to everyone every day.

We are using it to keep track of employees and contractors that are visiting our office during our phased reopening during this COVID-19 Pandemic. One of the best features about proxyclick is the amount you can do for a visitor before they even visit your site. The visitior can arrive at you site having already agrees to the terms anc conditions your require and armed with a pre-printed barcode that will then check them into the building, inform who they are visitng that they have arrived, print their name badge and grant them access to the company guest wi-fi. Very intuitive.

Tariff plan change - was unexpected, and now we have issue settling for future sites, which is a dealbreaker

Explore the QR code feature - very nice for frequent visitors like cleaning companies. Basic functions are over the top in quality of service an do not need recommendations, they just work.

**What do you like best about Eptura Visitor?**

The visitor can quickly answer a few questions and save their profiles for return visits. Notifications to the host are quick and easy with the app or email.
We like that the terms can be signed and sent to the visitor so we know everyone agreed before entering the premises. We have yet to use Custom badges but we are actively looking at upgrading to use this feature.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Visitor?**

The packages can be expensive. Thought they are changing their price structure too. 
We also had an issue with sending a notification to the visitor is someone replies to a notification as we don't have a receptionist to verbal relay the message. I believe this is fixed or will be fixed in a higher tier license.

**Recommendations to others considering Eptura Visitor:**

Have your i Pads supervised via an MDM solution is possible. We installed our iPad Pro in a pedestal that locks out the ability to access any buttons. So putting it into single App mode can be difficult. We simply switch the iPad in and our of single app mode from our MDM when we need to do updates. Now we don't need to take out the iPad every time.

**What problems is Eptura Visitor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lobby that previously only had a phone and a list of employee extensions. Tracking down the right person or finding at their desk was a challenge as the list was not always up-to date and accurate.  Now a visitor signs in and the Host is notified by email or App on their phones. No need to call to other colleagues to track someone down or let them know someone is waiting.

The ease of setting up your Kiosk and very intuitfive to use.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Visitor?**

Some feature require an upgrade to a higher-priced tier, for only a single option that doesn’t justify the cost for us.
But still very competitively priced and very affordable.

**Recommendations to others considering Eptura Visitor:**

I have not tried other systems and I would not even consider switching. It's easy to setup and use, Very stable kiosk application and lots of features for the price with no hidden charges. Features and develeopment just keep making this app better and better..

**What problems is Eptura Visitor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A few years ago we wanted to get rid of paper logs, we have been very happy with the product since.
Now that Covid hit, we were able to add multiple kiosk for check in within minutes. It solved yet another problem all with minimal investments!
