Sometimes proxies don't all work and algorithms change, but replacing them is not a problem. Recently, the interface changed: there are positive aspects, but there are also things I'm not yet used to and have to study. For example, I used to know where to click to open residential proxies in a new tab without downloading a file, but now I still can't figure out how to do it. Also, I personally miss the Russian language on the site. I previously used another domain of the service, but had to switch to .com, where there is no Russian, and sometimes it's inconvenient to use a translator: when translating, either the form doesn't fill out or nothing is clickable on the site, so I have to translate, understand the essence, and then remove the translation to proceed further. I liked a lot of things, first of all, the cost of services was much lower than I thought, static proxies from Internet providers are not very expensive and are paid only for IP rental. I wasn't sure how it all should be set up, but I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out that their support responds in real time in a live chat without AI bots or a ticket system. They helped me with the setup and sharing access with the team. I didn't notice any difference in speed or page loading with a connection without a proxy, so we didn't even measure the speed: everything just worked at a comfortable level. The geographic spread! Lots of cities in the US and every other country that I've checked. Their proxy rotation works well enough that our scrapers run overnight without constant babysitting, and the custom time feature is awesome. I would like to see custom rotation with the option to select a duration of more than 60 minutes. I believe this should be possible since their sticky mode can maintain a session for much longer than an hour. I hope they will take this request into consideration.
