One of the great features of their ISP proxies is how they can handle very heavy workloads without showing any slowdown. I am flooding this IPs with hundreds of requests every minute, but the response time is fast and stable. The subnet distribution is what makes the biggest difference for me. I can spread out the load of my setup over entirely different subnets instead of sending requests over and over to the same IP range. Consequently, none of the servers gets overloaded since all my requests are evenly distributed. There are so many different subnets in the pool, I never have to reuse the same range again. Our campaigns saw a decline in connection speeds when using their Czech mobile proxies. After contacting customer support, they checked the logs and said the bottleneck is from our side, right? Because I am not very technical, I was unable to check or diagnose if the configuration error was indeed ours or theirs. Our setup ended up being changed to their Polish mobile proxies, which completely solved the latency problems. However, diagnosis and relocation of endpoints were a manual trial and error. IPv4 proxies across a wide range of countries worked great! Needed a large pool for managing separate network identities across different operations, got the required volume easily, 200+ IP's. Speed has been good across most locations. Speed and response times across most locations came back fast and consistent, no degradation under concurrent usage. Ordering more IPs when volume increased was quick. I like that everything can be done manually through dashboard and orders are processed fast. IPv4 proxies have always performed great in diagnostic tools like ipinfo, ip2location etc. The country coverage on offer encompassed quite the range to fully manage all the regional markets our application was focusing on. Similarly, when the scope of our testing widened, expanding our panel with new locations was quick and seamless. Because we run Selenium-based tests against our application, fast loads during execution is reflective of organic user conditions rather than artificially slow load speeds. Therefore our test resultings are more meaningful overall. Moreover, when I encountered an inquiry about how requests are split amongst various regions, their help team quickly responded with very useful advice rather than a standard copy-paste. It would be great if their specific technical limitations were published somewhere for the general public, especially on the main website. Currently, important issues such as the maximum simultaneous connections or request rate limits based on proxy type are not listed anywhere. Due to not knowing this information in advance, our members wasted valuable time figuring out the correct infrastructure limitations through slow-paced testing when setting up the environment for the first time. The residential pool has worked very well even in heavy traffic for multiple concurrent sessions. IPs repeatedly pass standard diagnostic checks and they act like natural user traffic. Even when running multiple data collection jobs completely in parallel, there is very little fluctuation in connection response time and no significant drop in bandwidth. Their API documentation is also easy to understand and well-organised, allowing our team to integrate endpoints into our scraping infrastructure in just a few hours instead of wasting days troubleshooting the setup. The option to filter more precisely when creating a proxy list would be a major improvement. Most standard campaigns currently work for country and city-level targeting. However, being able to target at a more specific ZIP code level is something that is not available. The best part of my experience has been their customer support. Since I'm not a very technical person, I didn't know how to verify that the proxies were working properly after configuring them in my AntiDetect browser profile. The biggest challenge is that it takes a little time to get used to the user interface. The greatest advantage of my work is its wide geographical scope. The IPs correctly register as local traffic, which is essential for registering the accurate pricing of various regions. I find it very convenient when my balance payment auto-renewal keeps my proxies active without needing to do anything myself. The most reliable part of the service is the consistency of the IP addresses. They register as real home connections and don’t degrade in performance over time. I find the static assignment very useful because it allows the IP to remain unchanged throughout the course of the session. The user interface of the website seems quite behind that of other current providers. I also had a CSRF session that, if I leave a page too long, I will need to refresh my page before I can submit a form or request. One other thing I’d like to see is the number of subnets per country in the location selector itself. As IP addresses are associated with real mobile connections, I can run my Facebook ad accounts without triggering security flags or unexpected verification attempts. One of the main disadvantages is its scaling cost. The price of the mobile proxies is higher than other solutions given the quality, but it becomes rather expensive if you are dealing with a lot of accounts. If you plan to scale your business quickly, it needs extensive budget planning.
