Having used other PR platforms, this one is very buggy and support is terrible. Their 7-day trial doesn't give you a good feel for the product, so I had to purchase a month to evaluate..and then the system failed to send a PR pitch i had queued up for two days, and after putting in 2 support tickets and emailing our sales rep, we got no reply. Discovering contacts based on pursuits or standards, keywords, states, and much more along with titles, email networks, telephones, and affect scores has been a really big blessing. I've personally used Prowly to handle some relationships that I have with my clients and some media distribution. They have a great deal of efficiency, especially when it comes to indicating contacts as suppliers of contact databases on a global basis. All in all, the results were pretty mindblowing. The one downside I had was the support especially since they were bad at responding to some of the claims and issues that I had in an effective manner.
